29:29 about the period pain thing: i used to have crazy painful periods that were inconsistent and would sometimes last 10 days. Then i started going to the gym twice a week and i fixed my eating habits to have a healthier consistent meal plan. After 2 months of that new routine, i did not get my period for a whole month and then when it finally came back it started being consistent and less painful and it's been now 4 months since that and my cycle is exactly 28 days every month and my period lasts 7 days every time with waaaay less pain/cramps and all of that. In conclusion : fix your lifestyle and your body will regulate itself on its own
SO TRUE!!! I had painful cramps and was breaking out everywhere during my period but with eating healthy and consistent exercise, it makes all the difference!
Keep in mind that this is not true for people with endometriosis or other medical issues. Diet and exercise are important, but won’t do crap if your body isn’t functioning correctly due to a medical condition.
This is exactly why I don’t have any cramps and other problems that others have. One time I didn’t exercise at all, I had a terrible cramp and even threw up for the first time in my life, it was really bad. But when I started exercising again it all stopped and I’m feeling good now!

For people who have just started and may get your period on later in the day, like at 4pm, I recommend making sure you have paracetamol at night or having a medicine that helps with cramps. I never knew this until I had it when I was younger and trust me it irritated my sleep. I woke up at 2 and couldn’t sleep for 4 hours !! The worser the cramps feel, the more the flow. My cramps were horrendous, if I layed back it pained, and my back was horrible. Make sure you instantly change your pad and have paracetamol or another medicine (somehow paracetamol helped me).

finally somebody said some real shit about periods. my friends look at me like I'm the dumbest person on the planet when I tell them I do at least a 3 mile run on period days. it helps a lot. now I know why they're rolling over in pain, leaking for 7 days and taking pain killers and injections while I bleed for 4 days, experience little to no pain and feel like my everyday self instead of sulking

finally somebody said some real shit about periods.
my friends look at me like I'm the dumbest person on the planet when I tell them I do at least a 3 mile run on period days. it helps a lot.
now I know why they're rolling over in pain, leaking for 7 days and taking pain killers and injections while I bleed for 4 days, experience little to no pain and feel like my everyday self instead of sulking
