I've been watching Paul's videos for years now and I strongly believe this man is a genius. The way he broke down some of the most difficult piano sonatas was just so impressive, besides he paints very well too...what else can I say?
Absolutely
Without question a highly evolved soul in operation.
@clairef What a beautifully fitting expression.
So beautifully played. Thank you!!! I had no idea it was this long, intricate , beautiful ! My mom used to play this for college she mentioned many times without stop , she has to lift the page of piano book without no disturbances while she’s playing,, I cannot imagine that! That’s when she’s was studying piano in the Conservatory in her 20’s!! We’ll she’s older now in her late 70’s and she wanted to get back playing again, re visit her hard , classical pieces,, it’s great for her memory,, I’m glad I got her a beautiful, digital consoled Yamaha recently… she was so delighted to be able to practice again♥️♥️♥️
Love the 2nd one, not enough people listen to it.
sandwiched between two of the most famous pieces from the last 200yrs, today it would be an entirely new piece by itself
@@TcheQ sandwiched lol
Me too
Fr. It’s like Fall in the 4 seasons. 💀
Your rendition is incredible. This is the most powerful interpretation.
Wonderful performance. I remember listening to my grandmother play this piece, she loved it very much and practiced it every day. While she never achieved perfection, I never tired of listening to her play. Interesting how even though she got demensia, she could still play this piece in her nineties. It was a beautiful part of who she was.
What a lovely story. Do you play the piano?
I really like this performance, very clear the third movement. Very motivating to see you play.
Thank you for all your music. I so miss hearing our piano played day and night since our children grew up and moved out. Now, our house is quiet unless I play a YT video like yours. Moonlight Sonata is a favorite of mine, as in my mind I hear my children each learning this beautiful piece. Thank you, very much.
i feel all the emotions in your playing like you play in my heart
I recently start watching this Chanel and Paul is a very gifted men and his little girl Emilie is precious.
Excellent playing! Thank you!
Breathtaking
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Meticulously executed !!!!❤❤❤❤❤
The emotion is so well done
Came for the piano, stayed for the performance, what an absolutely breathtaking journey you took us on from start to finish. Thank you for sharing and hopefully one day I’ll own a wonderful Feurich 218, unlikely to ever play like that sadly!
心に響く演奏、ありがとうございました。
Bravo, Paul!
Congratulations and appreciation for such an honest performance of this epic work of music.

3rd movement is beautiful my friend, well done indeed

Sono completamente d'accordo!
Wonderful! Thank you so much for sharing. I really like your gentle, loving parenting style also. Such an adorable little girl you have! And your house that she showed us, is so interesting! Thanks again and love to your whole family🎶
These trills in the 3rd movement are simply outstanding! Bravo!
Bravo thanks Paul, my favorite
Fantastic ! Yeah, that's Beethoven.
A wonderful interpretation of this sonata which I love so very much, the Moonlight Sonata !
Many thanks and the very best greetings from Austria from a Viennese who currently lives in Styria.
Marvelous!! We can hear the entire orquestra’s instruments, mainly in the third moviment!!👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Absolutley outstanding!
Fantastic!!
Fantastic performance!!! The third movement is one of my all time faves. Can't play it to save my life. Awesome stuff, Paul. Thank you!! 👏👏👏
So very motivating. You are awesome Paul
Astounding work! Liked your performance and exuberant interpretation.
So much feeling! Thank you.
perfectly executed. it's always been one of my faves. Bravo.
You have my respect😍😍😌👍
I was really craving this after your Elephant song on 1st movement - amazing! I really want to see how the elephants respond to upbeat pieces like this (3rd movement). Or do they go craycray like with the green piano? Cheers Mate, beautiful play.
That's amazing
WOW!
Love all the Moonlight Sonata videos! Would you be able to do some on the Appassionata sonata too? :)
Wooow 👍🏻
Bravo, very nice!
yay
Your 3rd movement was amazingly done. How long did it take you to learn this? I started to learn it, but I just couldn't get the speed right without making mistakes. I needed way more practice. This is me reflecting from over a decade ago..
Paul you need to write a book about your life.
🙏👏👏👏
Hi Paul, Im 42 I have started playing piano 1 year ago. Any chance for me to be at the level to be able to play 3rd movement?
I think 5 years with a good piano teacher and practice at least 2-3 hours a day.
Please Clair de lune 🙌🏻❤️
