Just my preference but I think they are better portioned for a cake, Very beautiful work, though...as with all of your videos that I have seen.
Just a suggestion. Any way to have you hold the succulent up in the screen where it can be viewed as you create? Lovely shot of the hand and piping tip but the art of what you do is completely lost...unless its my computer....but it is very frustrating.

What kind of icing you usually used for this kind of decoration is it swiss or american butter?
I use them interchangeably, but personally I prefer Swiss BC.
