+Cake Style, I'm a home baker in Nassau, Bahamas and have alot of trouble with humidity with almost every medium possible: fondant, chocolate, gumpaste, etc. Not sure if you have the same problems but if you could do a tutorial video or have any recommendations maybe on some tips when working with humid environments, that would be great!
