Thank you so much for this excellent tutorial! I really like how slowly you demonstrated how to pipe each succulent and also the mixing colours bit! I am feeling encouraged to make these for my friend's baby shower :)
Thank you Ally! This tutorial is awesome and easy to follow. And thanks for sharing the tips with the colors and the number of the tips for piping. Love this tutorial! Will decorate my cupcakes with the succulents this weekend :)

Thank you so much for the inspiration 😘💕 Ps: keep up the good work! 👍😉
Thanks Ally! Already forming design ideas in my mind now thanks to your video! 😁I love how your explain things clearly (even if you dont know the names of the succulents lol) You've got a new subscriber and looking forward to see more of your videos 😉👍💖
Thanks for this. I had the crazy idea of making a succulent terrarium cake for my mom as my first cake ever. You were much more thorough than other videos I saw with the coloring and pipes and this was overall a really helpful video. I’m feeling a little more confident after watching your video.
Anonymous Person that’s great to hear!! I’m glad my video really helped you out, happy baking! ☺️ Feel free to check out my other cake tutorials if you ever want any cake inspo!
This is my second video of yours and i am in love!!!I am starting a cupcake business so i can buy a car, and i wanted to do things to stand out that I love to create. I wanted to take my baking to the next level!! New sub and here to stay
The pink and green petals are Begonias, the blue would be a chalk stick succulent, the wider cacti are barrel cacti, and the taller are Myrtillocactus cochal (blueberry cactus). The rose type succulents are echevaria. Hope that helps!
Thank you!!! They are gorgeous and I'm going to try it. I got a wilton 2 tip for the spikes. Now I am kicking myself, could have just used a sandwich bag.
Hey Ally! That was a great video. I know a little bit about plants so I'll help you with some names! :-) I'm not 100% sure of your intended plant but these are my guesses: pink echeveria, sea urchin cactus, and flapjack succulent. For the aloe vera like plant, you are right! It does remind me more of a blue echeveria though :-) Google the names of the succulents and let me know what you think. Also if you do them on a big cake, a mother of pearls succulent would be an easy one to pipe down the sides too.
I love the your videos and am excited to see growth in your channels near future!! Wouldnt mind *wink wink please wink* a video on how you update you edit your videos :)))
Yes for sure! I usually make Italian Meringue buttercream (it's my fave), check out my video and recipe here ruclips.net/video/KoLQlJfs3Lw/видео.html :)

My buttercream never comes out stiff enough. Do you have a recipe you wouldn't mind sharing?
Yes for sure! I usually make Italian Meringue buttercream (it's my fave), check out my video and recipe here ruclips.net/video/KoLQlJfs3Lw/видео.html :)
Princess Violet's Magic Factory hi , I just put a bit extra confectioners sugar in till you get the consistency that you want
do you have the recipe for the frosting? thank you!
What did you use for the food coloring? Thank you :)
I always use Wilton gel food colour, but any gel colour will do :)
Thank you! Is it possible to give a recipe to get that consistency of the icing?
Dominica Alberts thanks for watching!! Feel free to check out my Italian meringue buttercream recipe & tutorial here: ruclips.net/video/KoLQlJfs3Lw/видео.html :)
What kind of buttercream did you use?
It looks like you have the Wilton 61 and either 102 or 104 for the two you weren’t sure about
Oh awesome thank you for this!!! :)
Do we cool it in the freezer ???
vonsweetz92 Okay Hey thanks for watching! Both the fridge and freezer work well, I chilled mine in the fridge :)
Thank you😊
It seems the icing is too stiff?
Elny Widjaja it’s better for the icing to be stiff so it holds its shape! You can always whip it up to bring it to a workable consistency
