Swiss buttrcream is best... but also watch the heat - from your hands. If it starts to get too soft, place the piping bag in the fridge for a minute - not much longer than that. I have a problem with my work area being too warm... so I’m popping mix in and out of the fridge a lot. One other option is to have a glass bowl sitting in another glass bowl that has ice in it... the piping bag doesn’t really touch the sides because it’s filled with buttercream, but the cooler air around it really helps... it’s like a mini refridgerator.
I love painting flowers and I also like the cakes and food decoration with flowers. Thank you for this video has given me good lesson and ideas to make my cake more good looking.
