Спасибо огромное за доступный МК и за русский перевод. Обожаю пионы. Подписалась на вас, чтобы учиться делать цветочки. Вы - хороший учитель. Я работаю с итальянской меренгой, американский крем жирный для меня.
So glad you are enjoying our channel and it's helping you learn. We usually use the American style buttercream for our lessons since it's easy for beginners to make and color. If you prefer to make and use Italian meringue that is awesome and you can totally do that. You can use the same methods so create flowers with it the only. thing that will be a bit different is how it takes color. Happy Decorating!
so glad you like our videos and thanks for the kind words. I love lots of detail when I'm learning so I try my best to provide the kind of information I would want if I was learning it for the first time.!
Hi! We are using a simple or American style buttercream in this video. There are many recipes available online for this type of buttercream. We reserve our recipe for our paid students. con tus enseñanzas haces sueños realidad, estaba lejos de tener un conocimiento exacto con respecto alas flores de mantequilla me siento muy agradecida
I recently purchased the GG cakraft tip set. Those cups came with the set. They are SO good. I know it's something I overlooked at 1st. A bowl is a bowl. But I LOVE the handle. And it's big enough to mix multiple shades for 1 flower. The 1 thing I absolutely hated about those bowls is the sticker on the bottom. It was one of those stickers you have to soak and scrape off. I loath that kind of thing.
so excited for you that is such a wonderful tip kit! I know what you mean about the stickers on the bowls, they were hard to get off. I guess even the stickers are high quality! lol. I absolutely love those bowls they are one of my favorite tools.
our flower series of videos has lots of videos in it already and we have more coming so no worries. There are lots of flowers to learn and related projects to enjoy!

thanks Laura! so glad you love the tutorial. I love those bowls too! unfortunately the place I bought them no longer sells them and I haven't been able to find them again so I don't have a link for you. cheers!
you can use either ganache or buttercream to adhere flowers to a ganache covered cake. If you've poured the ganache I would let it set so it's firm before you ad anything.

If you are using buttercream with butter in it, it will melt if you work with it too long. The temperature of our hands is hot enough to melt butter. We have a video with tips on how to deal with "hot Hands" as many decorations call the issue. You are not alone on this one it happens to all of us. here is a link that may help ruclips.net/video/yk5U2D5sE3A/видео.html
