Today I turned 76. I would have expected my life to be slowing down, by default. Instead I see that my life is merely mellowing. I've never been ambitious but I do enjoy discovering gifts and talents that come with little to no baggage or expectations: drawing and writing in a journal each morning, hiking, daring to fall in love. And, over everything, being kind. That's all I need for this good life. Thank you, Sophie, for your companionship.

I work in a big city as a teacher and I don't match to other people's living. Spending too much and going out every weekend for hangouts. My mom is one who expects a lot from others and she gets easily upset when those expectations are not met, so I have learned to just enjoy things and to not expect anything from anyone, as it is easier and you become a more understanding person doing so. Very nice Sophie even if in my experience, life come to us, the best thing is give up our preference in a certain way and do our best ( in peace) to do what ever life asking to us. I found we don t know and will never know how this meccanism really work. I have a schedule that I keep so I don't run out of fruit or cat food. I try to sense a rhythm. Being in control with a regiment helps but not if it forces an unnatural rhythm at times. Karma isn't going to rush to your side, it may take many lifetimes, but stay in a rhythm and pay attention to it when you try new things.

This is sound like the perfect life for me i wish i had the previloge to live but my life took different course since i took the wrong turn and married the wrong man ended up with a kid i can barely provide the basic of our needs but i always dreamt of travailling around the world i don't if i can make it come throug but what I'm sure of is our stories are different and we live iare in different stages in life I can only enjoy watching your vedios it gives me nice vibes of peace and serenity blessed be beautiful!
