I find my taste buds fluctuate depending on my diet. The first time I ate a ghost pepper (bhut jolokia), I was downing pints of milk just to settle my stomach and throat. After some time of eating spicy food with any regularity, it became tolerable to the point of enjoyment. If you want to rediscover the joys of cheesy mashed potato, just leave the vindaloos alone for a while.

The buffalo sauce is fantastic. I dredge chicken wings with flour and smoke house seasoning, bung it in the oven and pour the sauce over for the last five mins. Delicious
It'll definitely burn twice, once going in and once coming out lol. All joking aside, eating a banana will help to neutralise it in your stomach before it comes out and should lessen the damage to your ringpiece.
I used to grow Bhut Jolokia at our allotment, my favourite chilli. Scoville is around 900,000 to 1,000,000 so that sauce would be around 400,000. I am not sure of the sauce you reviewed before but try to avoid sauces with extract as they tend to be a bit nasty. Bottle 4 in your box, Habanero sauce goes well with eggs, trust me on that one, just a dash to start out with. Take care mate...

I have been told that dry bread is helpful when dealing with very hot sauces/ foodstuffs. Unfortunately if the lips are burning it will do so at the other end point too, it's just that both of these areas of the body have similar sensory, sensors, (so far as detecting heat) and in similar quantities, apparently.

If you are a chilli head this will be fine but if you ain't this will kick your butt, I had a similar sauce set a couple of years ago and all were very tasty, good review foodie 💥👍
You'll be able to dilute it with normal Ketchup to make a nice manageable hot sauce, or use it in cooking, fry some mince onions and oxo, then a tin of chopped tomatoes and a tin of red kidney beans and a desert spoon of this sauce for quick chilli con carne

Nice one Gaz, the sauce shop sauces are decent for a commercial hot sauce maker and the 40% chilli is high for one of them. Add it to some honey makes a nice glaze for chicken.

I have never really understood why people put themselves through this kind of torture, why put liquid pain in your gob! I like spicy food but not stupidly hot food. If it burns your gob its gonna burn your arse.
I was talking to a mate of mine the one Sunday night in the pub about spicy food and he mentioned that his wife loves chillies..and at the time the pub we used had just started doing indian food so i asked the chef for some chillies he gave me about 50ish mixture of those little red and green ones in a brown paper bag so gave them to my mate for his wife and when he got back home he just left them on the kitchen worktop..the next day he had a call from his daughter's school because she had taken them to school and was giving them out like sweets 😂..so yes definitely hide those sauces away from your children 😂
