    Your instruction is wonderful! I've had my pole classes cancelled before they begun due to the social distancing rules and after a week with my home pole, ONLY your videos have helped me make progress.

      I am so so happy to hear this! 🙏
      I know how hard it is when you start especially if you have to train by yourself, dont give up and no pressure. Take things slow and work on them constantly. Progress will come!🥰💜

    Im never prepared for the way certain holds on the pole hurt. So i cant hold these very long, but even for the few short seconds i can, i can feel my self improving. So thank you for the video.

    Thanks for this training tutorial. I've been a fitness instructor since the nineties, opened up a gym in 2008 closed it 2017 and has not worked out since...been fighting to get back to that physical part of me so I purchased a X-pole to possibly get back the love of working out but in a different way and at fifty years old and relatively in good shape still...I thought this will be fun to try and you explain the forms so well...so I thank you again and you're worth a donation.

    Thank you for doing these videos for beginners. I've done 5 classes so far Feb-March, I bought my pole after 3 classes! I'm so glad I got it before being in lock-down, these videos have helped so much with my home practice confidence. I would ask for more.. but I have a habit of wanting to run before I walk!! I'll be working on these until it becomes easier, and I can do them with controlled gracefulness. Then I'll be back begging for more!! Thanks a lot and stay safe x

    • @AneteBlaua

    Do you prefer it to be in spin or static?

  • @edatekin3410
    @edatekin3410 3 года назад

    Hi! Your videos are usefull thanks a lot too much! I want to you ask a question; at the learning do you suggest spinning pole or static? And my head is spin when ı practice on spinning pole, what do you suggest for this situtions?

    • @AneteBlaua
      @AneteBlaua  3 года назад

      Both poles, spinning needs time. So start slowly, and do it regularly and you will get used to it. Give it time.

    • @AneteBlaua
      @AneteBlaua  4 года назад +5

      Let them heel a bit, but at the beginning knees are fucked😄 Mine were so swollen and bruised it hurt to squat even. After a while it gets better👌

    Idk about that Superman being a basic move. 🤣 after preparing for weeks I still can’t get into it from a regular move without crying from the skin pain.

    • @AneteBlaua
      @AneteBlaua  3 года назад

      Basic doesnt mean easy. Basic means basic. There are moves we learn faster and moves we learn for 4 months and pluss. Its normal. You can skip this move but trust after a while you’ll find out that superman is in many moves and transitions.

    • @AneteBlaua

      Be aware that there is a difference between a starter and a beginner on pole. Dont rush take your time, its important to feel the basic gripping point before you let go your arms or legs from the floor😊

      Hey, no not even close😄 I used to swim as a child. Before pole dance I did powerlifting for a while. But mostly I just tried to be active and fit. The conditioning helped a lot when I startes for sure. But no prior dance or gymnastic experience unfortunately. Lots of learning and training and teaching.💜
