Queen Bee Actually, she’s a former stripper who danced throughout college. She then saved money she made from stripping and ended up opening three pole dancing studios.
Not all pole dancers are strippers but some of them are/used to be and there’s nothing wrong with that.
Pole has helped immensely with my mental health and confidence. Even though some of these moves in this could take still awhile to master, this video is super informative and a great place for other beginners to start. Happy poling everyone 😍

FIT 2 FLAUNT Hi there! I am working on inversions and moving up to advanced pole in my classes. Just mainly the pole sits are hard to get the skin on my thighs used to because it’s a lot of pulling and training the skin. Nothing crazy, this video was amazing and I will definitely be trying this routine out to smooth out my moves more. Beautiful! Xoxo

My best friend and I are both in wheelchairs. Pole dancing has always been #1 on my bucket list of things to try and this video really helped me feel confident enough to purchase a pole and actually make my dream into a reality. Of all the pole tutorials I've seen.... This one is best. Why? You ask? Because you explain/demonstrate in a slow way that ppl can actually learn it.. you are clear in your words and instructions.... You show us what our bodies will WANT to do / the right way and the wrong way...Giving everyone time to actually see where to correctly place hands/feet etc
