I'm 13 and my dream is to be a pilot, I would want to start my career with Singapore Airlines' Ab Initio programme and I finally have a goal in life. I was interested in aviation since I was very young. Was exposed to Changi airport as well, and the old terminal 1 viewing area gives me many memories of the place, particularly the old paper plane models, which inspired me to learn the basic physics of an airplane.

Absolutely not funded for any student either national or international
All will have to pay either one way or the other.

Yes, the SIA ab-initio programme is a sponsored programme. There is a payback clause but that only kicks in when you start line flying. The 7 years as you said.
