Crazy how it all comes around full circle. Appreciate you explaining this. I think for some, the final formula would’ve been better to understand. But I enjoyed how you derived and manipulated that summation. Keep up the videos 🙏🏽
Can u please do one showing us what is a useful real way to deal with the “extra payments “ like insurances with that debt or the credit card handling fee?
I’m still in high school and this is my last year as I am a senior. And I’m struggling to pick a major for college but engineering always caught my eye but idk what field to pick and as the clock is ticking I’m panicking more and more and I just want to be able to figure it out🥺
If there is something that you are passionate about, pick that...however if you don’t really like anything in particular or you like a lot of things, I would recommend Engineering since it will facilitate your opportunities for employment and will allow you to start at an above average salary. If you hate it, you can always change careers but you will always have the Engineering background to provide if needed. Classes will be hard though, prepare to give up your social life(if you have any)
I’m a high school student trying to figure out a career path. I’m interested in chemical engineering but I’m finding it hard to find information on the different types of jobs. I’m interested in working on research/development of products but I also want to make the highest salary possible without drowning myself in debt. Would it be possible to make a video about different chemical engineering jobs or maybe provide some insight to me in the comments? It would very helpful and mean a lot to me if you could. Btw your videos are amazing keep it up👍
I’d say start with looking at the actual course requirement at the university you’d like to attend. For example, researching organic chemistry and even senior level elective courses will give you a general idea about what you’ll be doing when you start your career. If this doesn’t help try to email a college academic advisor when you approach graduation.
(engineering student at a large public university) I chose my school because it was the a top ranked school in petroleum engineering, and, with a google search, you can see petroleum ranks as the highest in income for engineering. This felt like the easy choice, why would you major in something so broad like mechanical/chem/electrical engineering or business, when the specialty engineering majors make considerably more? because of how applicable those degrees are. In high school, I hated the ambiguity of what a mechanical engineer actually does at their job. Now, I see the freedom attached to getting a degree that encompasses so many jobs. There are little fields that chem engineering wont penetrate, even things like law, patent attorneys(highest base paid attorney), and in the business world, where an engineer is better at selling some products because they understand how they work. So to answer your question, dont be fooled by salaries you find online, do a broad one chem/electrical/mechanical, then your job can be in whatever field interests you! (this is just a suggestion from a random internet person btw, always think for yourself, and hopefully you find this helpful)
For example, the difference equation for Compound Interest is M[n+1] = r*M[n] M[0] = M where "M" is the initial money in your bank account, "r" is the rate of interest offered by your bank, and "n" is the year number.
We learned this is in engineering economics. 😆 one of the last classes seniors take before going off into the real world
Im a junior taking it lolz 4 dayz
yo check this dogs car video its great. graduate and blow all yo money on a depreciating asset. hahahaha to good.

You'll figure it out

Bro. Im so lost . I hope this is some post doc sheez
What find of engineer you are?
why did you decide to go back to school?
hey your instagram link in your channel bio is broken
You’re right! Let me get that fixed!
I think the math being used here is Difference Equations (aka Recurrence Relations), which are just the discrete equivalent of Differential equations!
For example, the difference equation for Compound Interest is
M[n+1] = r*M[n]
M[0] = M
where "M" is the initial money in your bank account, "r" is the rate of interest offered by your bank, and "n" is the year number.
hey what is your instagram
Go to my RUclips page, the link is there
