As Einstein once said: "I have no special talent. I am only passionately curious." & you my friend have definitely simplified a very diverse field whether from special talent or from passionate ambiguity... Thank you!
@FAT cat That's true but don't be rude bro. It's his inspiration. Just chill and motivate him or else don't say anything. And who knows, maybe one day, him(Iconic- Spider) will invent something and help the world. So don't judge bro... :)
I've been studying circuits and discovered a great website at Gregs Electro Blog (google it if you're interested)
I really like the way you compare chip parameter with car performance numbers. Awesome analogy.
Electronics Engineering Technology 1st year here 😁
Same here...
Do you need to know coding to do this job?
@@flover30 to a degree, yes.
2nd year here!
Sameeeeeee!!!! Best of Luckkkk
i'm going into electrical engineering this september! most engineering videos on youtube are about software engineering, and although entertaining - i'm happier to see quality content from electrical engineers :) keep making vids man!
Yes you’re right! Software Engineering is quite popular these days!
@@RelearnMath and get more money too :/
andres ZL idk about the money part, I think it’s pretty close...depends on the area
Very good explanation. The analogies helped a lot!
nice stuff! great introduction to new and future engineers!!
About to graduate in a few months. I'm glad I came across this video because I'm actually having thoughts about working in semiconductor industry but I am doubting my skills. I also consider working in the broadcasting industry someday.
Coleen _ You’ll learn all the required skills once you start working....don’t worry about knowing “enough”. As long as you’re willing to learn, you’ll be fine.
wow!! fucking great video! loved it simple easy to understand! 5/5 Great!!
Bro I’m so scared that if I get a job as some sort of engineer I won’t know enough in college and won’t get a job.
It’s more about your attitude. As a new engineer, it’s not expected that you know everything, it’s more about wanting to learn.
I wouldn’t worry, just get good grades and actually finish.
REACH thanks.
hamburger internships help build skills and on your free time (I know as a EE there is little) work on whatever you are curious about. I had graduating seniors in the design course I taught who had never soldered or made anything; don't be them.
@@cameronmcleod7740 how to get that internship ?
First year electrical and electronics engineers did you do any types of micro-controller work like AVR/atmel studio?
3:14 the code made me giggle
lool...code is fun
The time of the video is pi. Coincidence!? I think not!
@@brosephproseph1741 Sir, I applaud you for your attention to detail!
Same xD
Not just that code...the arduino tho...jesus
How does a digital to analog converter work? I know that digital sensors can only have ones and zeros, so how does it convert to more than just ones and zeros?
Good question! Maybe I’ll address it in another video If your comment gets enough likes :-).

My guesses are as it happens in computers ...like converting binary system to decimal for example in binary system 10001 is for number 17 in our numbering system
nice!
Notification gang! 🙌
I don't know if you're running out of ideas, but I was thinking you could do a video on how much engineers make in different countries, as many countries from all the continents as you could find. It'd make for an interesting video and I haven't seen anyone else male this kind of comparison of salaries from country to country.
Thanks for the video idea, I actually have a ton of videos to make, I just don’t have the time to do them.
I like this job.
Loved your video. Where can i find part 2 of the video?. Also does installing windows on a mac using bootcamp slow it down? I am debating between getting windows on my mac (Mac Late 2016 Touch Bar 512 GB) and getting the surface go.
Actually Windows in a mac is awesome! It was really fast for me!
the music in the background is driving me nuts
Do you know how I can make a voice box that’s activated by a string and activates multiple phrases? I want to make it myself and use components that nobody else uses not the one made by invite I want to be different I already made the wooden casing I got some string now all I need is the components
Great accomplishments! Im doing a little project and I wanted to ask if you're able to lead me in the right direction. Just need a expert opinon
What is the avarage payment foran engeneer
Meanwhile I'm struggling to calculate voltage in a basic circuit smh.
I've never related to a comment more
It’s not that bad lol
Simon S At some point, I was in your shoes! 👍🏽
We'll just do teamworks(copying) haha
@Simon s. Bro I do electrical and electronics engineering at uni. Our first module covered all the basics like kirchoffs law and logic gates and boolean algebra, forgot most off it. Yeah it tends to happen
So what you do is work with Python to be able to verify and do everything?.....
Because out of all the computer languages I learned, Python was and still is my favorite and easiest to understand.
And can you do a video of what you did / steps you took to get to this point?
Steps I took to become an Engineer?
REACH steps as in classes you looked into, important ones, extra classes, things you may have done to late, etc.
Good idea!
Hi, I'm an EE major interested in going into the audio equipment field. Id love to be designing headphones, speaker systems, new digital guitar amps and pedals, etc. Any advice? Is that a worthwhile career to look into for my major?
I can see that you are passionate about it. I would say yes because you’ll actually enjoy working in the field.
What subfield should I start focusing on? And do you know how I could look for internships and jobs in this specific field?
Make sure you go to career fairs! And focus on Mixed Signal classes...classes that focus on analog to digital and digital to analog conversion.
Thanks, will do!
Can someone enlighten me more about this course? I applied to a university and this course is where I'm qualified at, but I'm not sure whether I'm good with this or not...
Dude iam planning to do masters in ECE , is there a job opportunities after graduation in abroad
I'm about to take BS ECE, but I'm having second thoughts. Any tips?
P. S. I'm not good at programming but, excels in terms of math.
JJ Master I am BS ECE engineer and I’m confused what should I do as a career. I just work with a different career in an NGO
IT field is just one part of our domain, you can always try communications, electronics, nav aids, control systems etc..
Or code for games and make and test concsoles for that game like ps4 and xbox one
Where's the second part?
Working on it, been busy with work so haven’t had the chance to complete it.
Whats the difference between and embedded systems engineer from semiconductor work? Is an electronics engineer able to go embedded?
Yes an electronics Engineer can work in embedded systems. Semiconductor work is down to transistor level work, you work with fundamental circuits blocks such as amplifiers. Embedded systems is higher level work, where you use existing predefined circuits(processors) to get a task done.
It’s like working on a cars engine design vs actually working with the full vehicle.
However sometimes you use an embedded system to test a semiconductor circuit. As you take more classes and get more experience you will begin to understand all the layers.
Hello bro can I speak with you, iam working as a rf engineer I want to comming in filed of coding can you give me suggestions please
I'm a graduate, but no job leads, not much hands on, and I feel like I didn't learn much.
Seems complicated but I'll learn more as I go on as electronics/technology courses don't expect you to know everything. That's what I like about the technology sector of work
Beni Shamavu I also wanna do this but the math part makes me wanna give up
@@UtimateGearsPlayer others can do it so why cant you?

Isn't it electronics engineering?

Do you need to know how to code programs to be an electrical engineer
Depends on what job you are aiming to get but I would say about 80 percent will require at least some coding.
What type of degree did you get to become an electronics engineer because I've heard that some get an electrical degree then become them while others have an electronics engineering degree.
In my school there was only Electrical Engineering. Within this field you could choose an emphasis, Electronic’s being one.
There are several components to learning electronics. One plan I discovered which successfully combines these is the Gregs Electro Blog (check it out on google) definately the no.1 course that I've seen. Check out this incredible resource.
Math and code all night in class, concrete drilling and conduit running by day. 'Field Engineering'
Im taking mechatronics at my trade school
Where do you live and are you stuying EE?
Hello. Please reply me. I want your advice in my project. Can u help. I m from India
Im struggling right now. Please send me positive notes, comments or whatever. God knows that i need it. Also, working with a semiconductor company has always been a dream for me. I juat hope that i could be an engineer too.
Never give up!

Do you mind if I ask you how much is your monthly income for this Job as an Electronic Engineer?
I have a video on that! Check out the channel
I’m trying to learn more about electronics engineering but every time I google it, all I see is electrical engineering. Are they the same thing?
No electrical is very different from electronic engineering
In most cases electronic engr deals with little voltages DC that are used in controlling monitoring usage of electrical equipment
Electronic deals with DC and Electrical deals with AC.
Thanks for your information i'm also ECE students hehehe
i only remember pyhon haha
thank you for noticing, my job is complete - the editor
Can chemical engineers work in the semiconductor industry?
Of course they're 100% needed but not the core job but is always important.
I'm in my second year...Any seniors out here who can help me me?
What skills I should learn to be good electronics engineer
I came accross some of the pcb design software like orCad,eagle etc.... please tell me other things I should learn!!.... Thanks

How is it going so far?
Can someone who studies computer science get into your field of engineering?
I started as a computer science major and then changed to EE....so yes.

What's your salary for this job?
I have a video on that!
Well a Electrical Engineer failed then right? Because LG produced some shotty ass phones over the years. LG G3 to G5 and V3 or so on have had problems.
Yeah! Just like when Samsung had the exploding batteries, the guy who tested the batteries probably got in a lot of trouble.
I'm an EC major and I wanted to get placed in my core i.e, as a circuit designer can u please advice me the following steps and the companies in India?
You can startup your own circuit designing business and all
But I don't know how this gona happen 😅
Maybe I have your email. I'm doing a project for my principles of engineering class and I have to select 5 people in my future field of engineering
What grades do you need for you to get that job?
LegoRacerGaming a degree
Yes you just need a degree and some basic knowledge.
I just read back my response and saw it sounded a bit condescending. But you just need a degree, he did say he got the job right out of college.
REACH Did you find the job through a career fair, or just searched for them?
Yes career fair!
