Mr.Ujiie, as always great demo. I fully believe you could make a potato flute sound like a symphony-that's how good you are!! i've got the MOXF6 and learn good things from your demos. Whoever is now adding the english trans.....Greatful thanks.
Such an excellent overview of what the MOXF is capable of. Ujiie, you make the demonstration such fun, and watching it, I feel like I could actually manage to use the keyboard effectively. Thanks for such an enthusiastic demo
Today is Wednesday, 30 August 2017. Mr. Katsnori Ujiie, you are probably THE coolest demonstrator for Yamaha. I wish you would do all videos in English with English subtitles. Or if possible, go back through the past videos on the MOXF8 and S90XS and put English subtitles. Mr. Ujiie would you please show a detailed video on how to do what you did for your "Just The Two of Us" piece. How you layered it out and how you get it to the USB stick and how you use the MOXF8, S90XS and CUBASE AI for making arrangements. We need a detailed and very simply done video course on the MOXF8 and the S90XS. Mr. Ujiie, you are definitely a genius on understanding digital keyboards. It would be great if you would make that "HOW TO" video for us old time acoustic "DUMMIES" who are getting into the using of digital keyboards for gigs and only know how to use the push buttons for piano, strings, electric piano, etc. It would be great to meet you, Mr. Ujiie, in person and pick your knowledge on what you know of these keyboards and functions. I own a S90XS and I'm still learning how to really understand the 60 plus page owner's manual and the 160 plus detailed owner's manual. I know this video is a couple years old. Your video on the S90XS is older. There is so much to understand and learn of these two keyboards. I'm going to purchase the MOXF8 because it's lighter to take to gigs and it's got a better keyboard. I have enjoyed watching and re-watching your videos to try and get what I can from them. You've got a great harmonic and arranging ability. Would love to hear an album of your creations played on the MOXF8 and S90XS. I don't even want to get into the MONTAGE yet. I'm still a 1st grader trying to learn what is a new language in the digital keyboard world. Hopefully you'll read this and produce a thorough and detailed video on "HOW TO COMPLETELY OPERATE AND CREATE ON THE MOXF8 and S90XS". You'll have to make it a couple of hours long. Thanks to your mother and father for your being born into this world to add so much excitement to the world of learning. Thank you.
Sir, what speaker system have you used with this? I want to know that because without a good speaker system, its exceptional quality could not be heard. Please let me know sir. Regards.
They don't use speakers to do these videos. What you hear is a result of direct input into their mixer/interface that goes directly to your ears bypassing speakers until it is time for you to listen through whatever speakers or headphones that you use. Got it?
TuneupWithRohitBanerjee krome has an easier interface since it has a big color touch screen and has better synth sounds, plus a very intuitive drum track and arpeggiator for every program. Plus It has the kronos piano, however it is very poor on its construction, flimsy keys and lack of control on the panel. All is made thru the touch screen. Yamaha has better acoustic sounds and more possibilities of edition on real time using the panel, it has almost double amount of sounds of krome and an input for an external source like a guitar and you can use the moxf effects for it (deal breaker for me). It can be more complicated to edit and record your own creations there, but the possibilities you can find once you manage it are unlimited
Thanx for another great Demo Ujiie As always they are top notch. Personly I would like some constructive critisicm once in a while tho :) This is a great machine for its price tag, and for a sample only based machine it has some nice synth sounds too But for the love of god Yamaha... I really ponder what is going on in the heads of their engineers when discontinueing some models and bringing new ones out. WHY does the MOXF series not have aftertouch when you discontinue the S and MOTIF Series ????? This is the only line besides the arranger line that has a Sequencer build in after discontinueing the MOTIF So if people want a Yamaha keyboard with Aftertouch they have to buy either a Montage at a top price tag wich havn't got a single usable workstation function or a Genos at a "uber the top" price tag for a 76key synth action keyboard. The day Yamaha re-introduces the MOXF series at least with a 61, 76 and 88 Weighted version WITH aftertouch I would seriously think about getting one, even it got a little bit more expensive with the added aftertouch keybeds.
Sound routed through usb interface built in the keyboard is too low in volume when recorded on daw and inferior in quality as well. Is there a fix for it?
Dear Yamaha, I own a moxf6. I would be very grateful if you can give some Indian arpeggiators and voices for moxf. since I live in India I want to do some of the Indian songs. But the moxf doesn't have much Indian arpeggiators or voices. An Indian expansion pack for moxf would be very much appreciated by other moxf owners also. I hope you will consider my request.
after lot of research I found that korg krome and Roland fa06 are most preferably keyboard of recent era ... their tones and sound engine's both are excellent... I would prefer you all to try that 2 synths .. now a days Roland are making nice acoustic Piano tones as compared to korg and Yamaha ... and for synth korg is a father .. so Yamaha couldn't take Roland or korg market in India... because they are fulfilled what we want
Fortunately Yamaha came up with a new model (modx ) And discontinued (I hope) one of the most crappy synth i ever played(moxf). I wonder what kind of shit are thinking the yamaha ingineers When decide save money inventing this Aberrant keyboard. I suppose that yamaha "cheap" sometimes Means "complicated".. Could they make it any more complicated? Every single thing or programing is a nightmare, the manual is and insult.. doesn't say Anything about certain and important operations.. daw integracions are difficult and Many times ..imposible. Yamaha sometimes doesn't realize we're in the 21st century AND not all musicians think Like engineers. "inspiration in a FLASH"? WHAT A JOKE.
This is the best presentation for any instrument on all levels and for all interests! Bravo, Maestro Ujiie!
Thank you Mr. Ujiie for another AMAZING demonstration of this fabulous machine. Your demonstrations always show us how much the MOXF can really do.
Mr.Ujiie, as always great demo. I fully believe you could make a potato flute sound like a symphony-that's how good you are!! i've got the MOXF6 and learn good things from your demos. Whoever is now adding the english trans.....Greatful thanks.
No te enteras de nada, pero he visto todos sus videos, es un gran maestro y se le ve sencillo.
Thanks for translating this using the subtitles.
Класс! Супер! Маэстро браво!!!
Awesome! Glad Ujjie got on with Yamaha! He is an excellent keyboard player and reviewer!!!
Such an excellent overview of what the MOXF is capable of. Ujiie, you make the demonstration such fun, and watching it, I feel like I could actually manage to use the keyboard effectively. Thanks for such an enthusiastic demo
Moxf sounds great and sir I must admitted you play really nice.
Great video and an awesome instrument!
Sensei Ujiie and Bert Smorenburg should give courses on how to demonstrate synths and keyboards
I liked the layered sounds in 16:50! Kind of Blade Runner sound lol Uji could share his creations with us!

It would be nice to have micro tuning user scales on moxf like on motif. I hope that yamaha will add that option in new OS.
YOU ARE AMAZING! Thank you so much!
Perfect presentation! Thank You.

My understanding is that if I buy a MOXF keyboard, I'll be able to play just like Ujiie-Sensei. Is that correct?
umm
Lol for sure not!
*If i buy a Nunchaku, then i am Bruce Lee ;)*
If you reallllly want to learn .... Then apply yourself .... You can do great things
@@yeoldmedic7572 I'm a keyboard player but ur this qoute is very depth words

Phenomenal! Thank you.
Can u explain how to play wav samples in loop
amazing piano playin
A great Demo of the possibilites
How may we obtain the "UJ*" voices you have created, for the MOXF? Very cool. :D
He always uses factory presets, that are already in the product he is demonstrating. 😊
Hi, I'm new to this machine.. I'm just wondering where could I find the Real Timpani?.. I can't seem to find it.. Thanks..
Great demo! Thanks.
Awesome job, Mr. Ujiie! Yamaha is amazing. I have a PSR-S910.

What?
What are the difference between korg krome and yamaha moxf?
TuneupWithRohitBanerjee they r both toys
Jade Pascual i dont think so

mrdali67 you can use a foot pedal for aftertouch it's far more precise than finger pressure too.
Tendrían que traducir todos sus vídeos ya que son muy buenos
They do.
Sound routed through usb interface built in the keyboard is too low in volume when recorded on daw and inferior in quality as well. Is there a fix for it?
Arslan Arif Buy an Audio Interface, there are some cheap ones and they can maximize the volume output to the DAW.

How do the sounds compare to the Yamaha S970 new model and then I have styles to play with or
wave recordings with the S970.

LOL! Apparently, Ujiie-san does not consider Techno real music.
Arigato, Ujiie-san!
WOW - I must have one of these!
i am not. It is complicated to use. Keyboard not good.
Get a S90es Or Motif es they are just so much easier to use than this and they're better quality i got my s90es from reverb.com and I love it!
Please tell me the speakers which is Mr ujie using
Yamaha HS 7/8

I don't understand a word, but I understand what he is talking about
Ujjie You are such agood demo-guy, I loved every second of it! 5/5 :-)
Yamaha could put a larger LCD screen on it!
or they could put a better screen on it. It's 2017 and I'm looking at a Casio Screen from 1988.
