- This is a 15 min back and arms workout that is part of the 2023 Hourglass Challenge. There's 18 upper body exercises across 2 sets in this routine.
You can do this workout with or without weights. Just follow the movements without weights if you dont have dumbbells, and if your a beginner that has weights, I would suggest trying the workout first with lighter weights and focus on your form, then progressing to heavier weights. Ideally you should use weights that challenge you, but aren't too heavy that it impacts your form.

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Some people may see my video titles as click-bait. RUclipsrs optimise their video's meta data for discovery due to how the algorithm is like. This isn't anything new. Most people who've been watching RUclips for years would understand this. If you're unhappy and get triggered by this, well, this channel isn't for you then. I’ve provided free workout schedules and programs since day 1 and have always optimised my meta data as such so that's not going to change.
Having said that, it doesn't mean the workout do not work. You will still see results by following a suitable program schedule, watching your diet, being in a deficit or surplus (based on your goals), doing exercises in good form, etc. These are all equally important factors. You're not going to get abs, grow a booty, grow biceps magically from 1 or 2 videos, in 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks cause everyone is different. I've explain multiple times throughout videos throughout my channel over years that it takes time and lots of factors, so don't take a video title out of context. Targetting fat loss is not scientifically proven. Everyone is different and it takes time.
When doing any home workouts, do take precaution to exercise in a safe environment, and if you need help or you're not seeing results, I suggest seeing a health and fitness professional to give you tailored advice on your exercise form and dietary needs. I am not a medical professional and what I share on my channel are my views and what has worked for myself. Your health and safety is the utmost importance so find out what works for you.

Today I finished the 4th day of the challenge 2023 hourglass. It was a bit complicated, after that the phone seemed so easy to me hahaha. I have already completed the 2023 summer shred challenge and started the 2023 hourglass. I feel much better after all the training. Thank you very much Chloe♡

Hey Chloe!! I just want to thank you for everything you’ve done for all of us over the years. You’re workouts have led me to become more confident in my body and to love myself more than I could imagine. My personal favourites are the weighted programs❤️❤️ During these programs, I’ve definitely put on a few pounds, but I look better than ever. Just a reminder to all - your weight isn’t anything but a number. Gaining weight, especially after a weighted program, is completely natural. Remember, you’re gaining muscle mass too, and muscle weighs more than fat. Love you all ❤❤

When I first started this workout I was using five-pound weights and struggling badly!! now I'm alternating between ten and eight-pound weights for this workout!! I'm so thankful for Chloe and her generosity

So ive been doing chloe's workouts ever since February and I have seen little to no results. I think that the main reason is probably because I didn't fix my eating. I ate loads of junk almost everyday. And the main point was to get fitter so that in these dreadfully hot summers, I stop wearing multiple layers of clothing and so I could feel comfortable wearing the necessary clothing. Since school is starting very very soon, I'm feeling less hopeful of achieving my dream body before then so that I stop wearing jackets in this heat. BUT today, I start her newest program of the hourglass challenge and this time, I'm gonna eat healthier!! Even if I don't achieve my goal before school. I still have the first few weeks of the beginning of it to try. Wish me luck! Love you all!! ❤ and thank you, Chloe

@@lijakanime5490 sorry to say I didn't stick to it. I lost hope a while ago but I've been meaning to start working out again one of these days. Some tips I could share for you are to defenitely eat healthier and balanced meals, and probably also to do cardio or HIIT. It'll burn more calories but I'm not for sure. Thats what I'm going to try to do soon. Good luck on your journey! I hope you do well and stick with it 😊
Hi, there. Im kind of in the same boat as I saw no results in the past 5 months but now I can actually feel my collarbones (I couldn't before) and they are the tiniest bit visible now. So I hope you keep going and stay moving, even though there are no results, as it refreshes your mind and soon you will achieve your goal. I believe in you ;)
If you don‘t have dumbbells, like me, I highly recommend using water bottles!! I used 500ml each and I definitely felt the weight!!
I also use water bottles that contain one liter of water 👍🏼

loving this new program.....standing up most of the time, weights and slow...nice to get back slowly.

10 days later, I can confidently say that I take on the challenge until the end. At first, I used to struggle a lot with some exercises but now, I'm unstoppable :D

I liked this one a lot! I have just started the 2023 hourglass challenge. These are the weights I used:
Rows and shoulder press: 20kg (press was tough)
Raises: 3kg each
Flyers and hammer: 4kg each
Renegade and tricep: replaced with pushups and knee triceps pushups (second set all on knees)
Single rows: 9kg
Day 4: very similar as last time. Managed to do 3 pushups in the second set, but had to stop before the end of my knee tricep pushups. I can increase the single row weight
Day 9:
Increased single row to 10kg.
Press: 8+9 reps.
Did one push up in the second set.
I can increase weight on lateral raises
Day 11: same weights as last time.
Press is getting easier. Did 10+9 reps. Also did 4 pushups in the second set.
Day 16: Increased bent over row to 22kg and lateral raises to 4kg.
Press: 9+10 reps
Did 4 push ups in 2nd set
Day 26: No access to weights, so used bodyweight and band alternatives.
Did 8 push ups in 2nd set.
The Layto makes the workout so much better! I absolutely love Layto and workout so much harder when he’s playing in your videos

I finished the second day. Today's exercises were difficult because of the weights. I don't know why, although I always exercise with them. I hope today's exercise succeeded for me because I did not feel the muscles much(, in some exercises I felt my muscles strongly, and there are other exercises that I did not feel my muscles much with . When I felt that I did not know how to exercise with my weights, I left them and tried to exercise without them, and for whom I felt that It didn't help, so I went back to weights and felt my muscles at the end, but there are exercises that I felt more muscles than others .this is my first time with upper body so i think this is why Thank you, Chloe love you🥰🥰

If it gets too easy, you're getting stronger 😊 go for progressive overload and either increase the volume (more reps or repeat the set) or use heavier weights
