I have a Sony Alpha 7S III along with Zeiss CP.3 Cine prime lenses. I work by myself and there are occasions where autofocus would be nice, like when doing gimbal work. Do you think shooting on a 35mm Zeiss Batis photo lens would be indistinguishable from a 35mm Zeiss CP.3 cine lens? Or at the very least do you think I will be able to use footage with one lens and color match it to footage from the other?
welcome to the club 😎
Thanks Jason. I love this lens! Thanks for checking out one of my videos.
I got this Zeiss Batis Sonnar 85mm 1.8 used for US$550 (taxes included) two month ago, I can recommend it.
That is an amazing deal. Do you use it more for video or for photo?
@@BrianTheCameraGuy I never ever do video, only photography.
That Zeiss is amazing for portrait work. I love using it. The separation is beautiful!
@@BrianTheCameraGuy I use for any nearly kind of photography
Love it!!
Really nice review buddy!

I am not really sure. I have never had the chance to use a Cine lens. I have heard they are really good.
