Thanks for the suggestion. We'll look into this!
How about some fall protection dude.. Is that for cost savings too?
Code In Washington allow to put wood siding that close to concrete? That siding will wick moisture and fail early...
love your channel and your work
absolutely amazing gained lot of knowledge from your vedios keep going lots of appreciation from india
We're so glad to hear it!
This channel is so good
We're very glad to hear it :)
Great builds! Hat's off to Vitali's success.
We appreciate that Andrew. Would you like to see more Contruction videos on the channel?
@@UpFlip For sure!
Washington here sounds a lot like what we see in Toronto (ON, Canada), where the "average" home seems to hover around that 1M mark, and is pricing out a lot of people, or they just end up being too leveraged.
Thanks for sharing! Do you have own an "average" home over there?
Great interview, learn a lot, awesome homes!
That's music to our ears! We're you inspired to start this type of biz? 😍
Yes, I have a 5000 sqft lot in Long Beach, CA. I would like to add two houses. @@UpFlip
Windows and wood in Georgia are behind and insanely expensive. I build new and remodel and you need hundreds of thousands to keep these items in stock. I find it really hard to believe that it’s possible to just keep these custom pieces in stock
Do you feel location has a lot to do with availability of certain items Holden?
The content is great with a lot of information to consume.
Here in Rosarito Baja California we have built and flipped some homes and made as much as 100% on our investment. Looking to do a lot more of it and less selling of real estate.
By the way in regard to price increases. Here most are made in block. I use brick as the cost have not changed much. We also use a lot of reclaimed lumber. And have a good group of specialist for cabinets granite, windows... the biggest challenges is plumber/electrician.
I love the content but the titles are just misleading and makes the entrepreneurship looks too easy when in fact it is the opposite and not many end up like this guy.
Titles are always true, not on every deal but true on many…we are a channel that bring 100% truth to the industry we interview.
This guy didn't end up like this guy. The whole story isn't being explained here. This is the IG version of his career. Appreciate his hustle, and putting in the grind, it's lost most people coming out of highschool and college today.
When you buy material ahead of time (in some cases by the truckload), where do you store it until you need it? Do you have some sort of warehouse?
This varies and takes a lot of planning. He doesn't source materials ahead of time. Are you also in the construction industry, Drake Myers?
Wow. 50 to 60% margins. Thats nice business strategy. Inspiring.
Thanks for watching Caspar! Are you in the same type of business?
Thats not sustainable long term.
@@MrNanah38 yes it is. These are specialized and unique homes and his clients are rich or well off.nthey spend for his creativity
Information on Vitaly's business? It appears that the description is not correct. Thanks
Can you please point out the mistakes, if there are any please? Thank you!
So am I understanding this right, he has NO employees, he makes them partners and gives them a 1099 or something instead of having an employee and having to pay taxes and benefits? I guess it’s a good thing he’s not in California…… maybe that’s part of how he increases profit margins..?
arent there supposed to be studs on both ends under windows bottom plate? Its funny that this spot is right when they start talking about the bad experience one of his customers had with movement....
Don’t use striated lumber for the sill and you’ll be alright
Your vedio is so nice❤❤❤
Glad you love this video! Hope you also watch our other content and find value in them. Any business you want to see next? ☺️
so refreshing to hear someone with a regular origin story instead of I wen to the bank and got $500,000 to purchase my first apartment complex
Thanks for watching Ramzes. Glad you enjoyed the video. What other businesses would you like to see on the channel?
@@UpFlip I just had my septic tank pumped / cleaned. I live on 12 acres within the city limits. Town has a population of 36,000. I had to call a company from a city 138 miles away to have my septic located and pumped. It cost me a fortune. I would like to see how a septic company functions. Why are there so few reliable septic companies? How do I start that business? I would seemingly have to turn away business, I would be so busy here in Texas where I live, as most folks in my county live rurally. Thanks
We have “custom built” Holmes in my neighborhood and the builder used the cheapest windows and siding and materials like 10 houses have massive water problems to this day now . Beautiful POS

Be safe on your projects. Need safety railing on your skywalk and your 2nd floor opening. Top rail, mid rail, and toe board. Have your framer put them up and maintain them. Stay up on OSHA standards. Save a life.
Well said! Thanks for watching, Michael! ☺️

Thanks for the feedback M Rainy. We definitely want our audience to feel informed. Should we do more videos in the home building industry?

How do you find more about Vitality’s home building business?
You can visit their website for more info. Link's in the description! ☺️
You just need to do it. Cause if you don’t do it. Someone else will. Then you will see that someone and be like, I could also do that! But you didn’t…. didn’t you??..
