Do these superchargers come with a complete kit for install or is it 8-9k for just the supercharger?

It's the complete kit for that. Everything you need for the install on to the car you buy the kit for :)

Could it be the catalectic converter not allowing the exhaust to flow out the gasses as quick as you are making them with new charger setup. Only popped in my head as Craig (Scottish Bdc craig) had the same issues on the dyno the other week.
