- My signature banana bread recipe is a fail proof recipe that has stood the test of time. It can be refrigerated or frozen. Simply Pop it in the microwave for a few second and it’s fresh again! You will love this one!
Ingredients Used
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
3 ripe bananas mashed
1 cup brown sugar
1 stick salted butter at room temp
2 eggs @room temp
1/2 cup sour cream at room temp
1 tsp baking soda (not baking powder)
1 tsp cinnamon ( sometimes I add nutmeg)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Mix the cake as instructed in the video, making sure that all ingredients are at room temperature. Bake cake at 350 for 70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out dry . Allow to cool completely before glazing.
Mix the ingredients for the glaze and spread all over the cool cake. Serve and Enjoy!

WONDER-FUL! So I came back in April for my Hubby's bday 😆. This time, I incorporated the subs for German Chocolate cake (chocolate pudding added, Caramel pecan icing with fudge in the middle 😋) WON 👏🏾DER👏🏾-FUL👏🏾 again! Hello Mansa Queen. I am watching from Hatboro, Pennsylvania and my favorite RUclipss to watch are the hacks that you do with the boxed cake mixes. I live alone and am a diabetic so I cannot do a lot of baking because I have a sweet tooth and I will eat the whole cake but, sometimes I just need something sweet and that's when I'll bake a cake to go with my coffee or tea. I love watching every one of your shows though.

I made your banana bread recipe it looked great haven’t tasted it yet but it was still wet in middle after an hour I forgot that since I use a dark pan I should cook it in 325 degrees. so I letting it cook a little while longer lowering the temperature. I’ll let you know how it turns out
