@lagook I don't understand your point. A BJJ BLACKBELT asked his PROFESSOR what he would do if an opponent got his arm out of an armbar. He then asked a single "what if" question, to further expand his knowledge, and to better himself. I'm sorry for you if you wouldn't take the time to ask a BJJ master, and legend a couple of questions on "how he would handle a certain situation".
Dunno about you guys, but I'd just go straight to an omaplata from that first one and not bother with the sweep. Cool move to triangle though. Will give that one a crack and see how it goes.
its funny whenever a good post comes up,the armchair warriors and "experts"come up and post.lol...mr.sauer is a true master under rickson and has trained with the worlds best,if anyone doubts his credentials,you obviously havent spent 5 min.under the PRESSURE of a good jiu-jitsu master....everytime i visit these good posts,im surrounded seems like a by a bunch of 3rd graders!lol..get out your chairs and go train !
I realize this is 7 years old and yes usually sitting on elbows is disrespectful but i imagine there is people behind him so he is trying to stay under their view.
I am sooooo very glad to be training at a PSBJJA school. The professor is the best. As well as, the instructors in the affiliate schools.
loved the video, specially when it offers options to a technique...
That elbow counter to triangle is smooth. Great video.
Hit 4 to see that smooth transition to the triangle. The sweeps are great, too!!
I love it!!! I want to start practicing it now lol.
What a master... his fluidity is incredible.
You just blew my mind.
Master Sauer is just so good!
Helio, Rolls, Rickson...Pedro Sauer. game over, beautiful.
Great stuff.
@TheMass33 He does have smooth movements, years of practice right there.
@chavamma it sure was!
He set up an omoplata, 2 sweeps, 2 traingle setups, and another triangle set up in only 2 armbar re-counters. Wow, impressive.
Prof. Sauer is so damn slick... I am trying that triangle setup tomorrow. (Sick of getting elbows in my thighs.)
The special offer for the site expires on Dec 24 2010! Enjoy!
2:25 on is pure gold.
2:04 just BLEW my mind.
this guy is a genious.
This guy would tear up the UFC!
@JRT140 agreed. committed to muscle memory, that one.
@chavamma Sure, he wants Prof. S to show the things he knows will help the students.
Fuckkkk yes!! That triangle counter is so bloody good!
@theco22wen, I think it means he has both.
special offer to what site? man he is so smooth.

mind blown
@Submissions101 ty so much... wow.
@ 35 sec you could do an omoplata too. just another option.

Dear Santa! I want these techniques in my arsenal for Christmas!!!!!!!
2:40 wow is right.
@TheMas pedrosaueronline
What purple belts you been training with??? I have NEVER seen such a thing
@RickMerchantttt the guy that asked sauer is not a black belt. hes only blue belt
@theco22wen almost grandmaster which there are rare cuz there are only a few
that sounded like keith owen asking the question!
i want to train with this cat!
That Keith Owen asking the questions?

So if you have a question, you will get submitted ten times. Any questions?
what does this mean, red + black belt?
@pommyrooter yeah i think thats it, theyre very very rare tho. i think theres only 5 grandmasters in the world.
@sellihcra that's what i'm thinking too
Dunno about you guys, but I'd just go straight to an omaplata from that first one and not bother with the sweep. Cool move to triangle though. Will give that one a crack and see how it goes.
What that Shane Carwin's skinny twin brother?

Awesome technique!! But what's with the guy lounging on his elbow? That was disrespectful.
I realize this is 7 years old and yes usually sitting on elbows is disrespectful but i imagine there is people behind him so he is trying to stay under their view.
So this, this de problem, ok, so right here, this, this the solution ::triangle:: :3
