15:20 this song game me PTSD bro
I did calamity hit less and this DOG fight took 85 attempts
I saw this live, this elite fourproofed Jan is the best nuzlocker in the world ngl. Those were some of the craziest plays in nuzlocke history and he completely developed it on the fly. It was super impressive
I know you’ve talked about how you want to get better at humor delivery, and though I rarely comment, I wanted to say you’ve improved so much! I audibly laughed multiple times and found myself getting more energized with excitement- keep it up!!! Your improv rant was stellar too! And you are doing a great job making sure it keeps your unique flair to it as well!!
That champion fight was one of the most fun fights I’ve seen in a while! Great editing, can’t believe you pulled it out at the end.
4:47 Literally Watched the Whole Ad. First time I do that in 8 years. Absolutely magnificent delivery. Can’t state this enough: Watching you Grow from before The Nuzlocke Video to Now is… Well this must be what it feels like to be Proud of someone in the most Buddhist way possible (cause I’m a spanish speaker and I have no idea how english speakers say Te respeto pero tambien me alegra ver que hayas crecido tanto desde que vi un video tuyo por primera vez hace años hombre que felicidad ver que solo vas mejorando mas y mas y pues… No-one will read that, but I know what I mean by it and I hope you know that I’ve taken the time to leave this “comment” on this video it’s because it truly moved me.
Thank you, I hope those two words are enough… If all of the above just doesn’t make sense
Alas y buen viento para ti, BienamadX 🌺
most of this video was so out of pocket 10:30 was my favorite moment by far
BOY MY HEART WAS BEATING SO FAST ON THAT FINAL FIGHT
Tyvm for the upload! Glad you had fun haha
(also f you for the rare candy troll)
Yooo I sprited Mimister! Glad to see it kick ass on a team finally.
To the editor:
In 6:01 he's referring to "Liver King", a bodybuilder who claimed his physique was the result of a strictly carnivore diet focusing on liver and other organs, even bull testicles.
Of course, that was bullshit. It was steroids, diet, training, etc. Don't believe in shortcuts, kids...
Okay, the triple fusion on the Champion Battle caught me way off guard, and made it way more intense with it coming iut from a stacked baton pass
Echt nices Video hatte echt Angst das du es nicht mehr packst am Ende :P . The last battle was so fun to watch, especially with the calamity soundtrack.
I can’t be the only to think that I would have fucked this up real bad.
The last fight was great and the pivot around close combat was huge.
that champion battle had me on the edge of my seat the entire time, probably the most intense pokemon battle I've ever seen
The battles in this game are so stressful that even grinding wild Pokémon is kinda scary
why did the smash bros-style intros for all the pokemon at 8:28 make me laugh so much
The whimsicot and breloom fusion was so perfect looking.
The funniest thing about Jan struggling with the Ninsharp is that I run one of those in my Infinite Fusion team and while it can be strong as hell, it's also *four times* weak to Fire. It gets one shot so many times in my runs.
For anyone who wants to cheat rare candies
open the folder where the .exe file is located
navigate through the folders -> Data -> Scripts -> 999_Main
open the file 999_Main.rb with a text editor
scroll down to about line 50, there should be the following line "def mainFunction", right below it should be the line "if $DEBUG"
Between those two lines add a new line "$DEBUG = true"
In the game menu will be "debug mode" which you can use to add rare candies
Thanks dude, you the goat
Porygon-Z and Banette is actually pretty badass
dont usually comment on your videos, but you're one of my favorite creators to watch while i animate and your voice is very soothing and helps me focus more. You introduced me to nuzlockes and I even got to start my own emmerald nuzlocke ! (I named a poochyena like my dog and when he died i cried so hard i dropped the nuzlocke), even though they might not be for me i truly enjoy watching you doing them and I'm happy i found you ! hope to see more from you soon :)
Wow, I've never seen anyone beat the 3 legendary birds using that strategy before!
Fun fact about disguise, it comes back after every switch in. So it’s basically infinite, if you keep swapping. Unless they changed it, because it was kind of broken. Lol.
That actually made me finally download and try infinite fusion. Such a fun video, and the way to infinite rare candies killed me! 😂
I’ve been subbed for a while but very rarely actually watched because the commentary style was so dry. Glad to see how much Jan has improved, this was actually fun to listen to!
I LOVE that Jan always, without exception, looks like he hasn't showered in a month, and has just gotten out of bed
I almost pulled out my Pad 5 times during that Nord VPN ad. Those fusions barely let me stay involved with the video.
(great video by the way, love how it's structured!)
Just the evolution of content from Jan in the past year is amazing!!!! The nerdy nuzlockes that we all love are now hilarious and really good content wise as well
Love you videos, GREAT GOING!!
Can I just say I absolutely love Jan combining fusions in the middle of the sponsorship haha.
Clefarade destroyed me on a my first near deathless run, that thing counters so hard
14:30 "Lance SWAPPING HIS DRAGON TYPES FOR FLYING TYPES[...]"
Me still waiting for the infinite rare candy hack😊
“why am I ad-libbing so much in the script, it’s 10:37am”
Me when I take my Adderall like I’m supposed to
bro's got calamity mod music on stream?!?!?!?!??!?!???!?!???!!!!???!
The single best ad read, the use of the pokémon sprites to make sure we don’t skip is so smart
Anyone know how to get infinite rare candies for this ? Im sick of grinding off mobs lol
I would ask in his discord
15:45 that was perfect timing with the Calamity music
damn Jaaan finally made a funny video. Amazing dry comedic timing!
“Bulky enough to build a tiktok following by pretending to eat nothing but goat liver” just throw in a pic of the Liver King, I’m pretty sure that was the reference lol
Me who knows how to decompile Pokémon Essentials games to give myself infinite Rare Candies: "Pathetic."
So for everyone who actually wants to know how to get infinite rare candies so you don't suffer you just have to *door breaks* FBI OPEN UP
I'm deathly sick at the moment and I am binging PChal vids to make myself feel better. It was working for the most part, but God damn, the moment at 10:29 didn't set me off in a horrendous coughing/laughing fit.
Dragoking may not get good normal moves, but dragon claw is still really good and it gets Earthquake, that's good coverage of a lot of the potential mon especially with that attack.
I love that snorelax and the… quill guy no idea how to spell his name but the combination just looks so frustrated sitting there all cubby and cute
0:04 bro what
As someone that has only ever played some of the pokemon casually i find nuzlocks super interesting its something i definitely gotta try myself at somepoint
I chose to do a modern mode Nuzlocke for my first playthrough so I wouldn't spend too much time lost in the rabbit hole of fusions. With a few hardcore rules thrown in, and minimal rule-bending to keep things fun, I beat it on my first attempt. Somehow. (Not QUITE as hard as what Jan did but I'm not Jan.)
UNIVERSAL COLLAPSE GOES HARD AT THE END
he was right, i was getting subway surfered
I'd love a infinite fusion kaizo, with prankster nerfs, better fusion with higher levels and more coverage, unobtainable moves for the player such as spore or substitute. Even have every gym a 6 pokemon fight
Does anyone know why Blue used a full restore for 10 hp in the champion fight? 😂 that saved Jan for sure
Blue didn't wanna be champion anymore.
You don't become champion of the pokemon league without spamming full restores
The AI is kind of wonky in the game.
@lol0999W onky isn't the right word, it's just kind of bad
that sponsor segment had the same energy as markiplier going, "Back in the day, *jingle* *jingle* *jingle* , before there was..."
