    老師請教您一個問題,核心運動需要天天都做嗎?我的臀部和下腹有發熱的感覺了,是要休息一天還是繼續練核心?一天沒有練核心,肌肉會變少變無力嗎?

      面向牆, 有阿基里斯腱痛那只腳踏後, 膝蓋保持直. 另一只腳踏前, 膝蓋微曲. 兩腳后跟貼地, 腳趾向前. 慢慢身體向前傾, 你的小腿和阿基里斯有拉扯感覺, 維持20秒. 做3次
