i think these are all the commands:
open cmd by typing cmd into windows start
diskpart
once disk part is open do the following commands:
list disk
select disk "insert number here"
clean
create partition primary
active
format fs=ntfs quick
assign

i had mu 640-GB external H-Disk, left apart not knowing to do after installation windows installation file. Not even able to remove the file, with storage rest of the storage got disabled. By this video the is H-Disk again got back to normal state and ready for another important files to get stored. Thanks and really help full🤩
