I'll have to see what the shortcut is for the "industry standard" keymap since that's what I use :/

I've got a REALLLY tedious problem where EVERYTIME I hop on blender and decide to animate for a bit, the bone doesn't properly follow the limb, which when I try to fix it, completely deforms the rig (SPECIFICALLY THE LEGS/FOOT) and usually It isn't too bad and I can fix it by messing with the FK limb follow/IK-FK and IK > FK/FK >IK stuff but today while I'm animating It just doesn't properly align with the leg and while I'm trying everything to fix it ,the leg just completely breaks/fully deforms the rig's leg, which made me lose Its original pose for all frames. I'm just wondering if there's a way to make the bones completely follow the limbs no matter if I move the position or not cuz It seems like if I move the position of the shine the foot bone NEVER follows and vice versa the shin NEVER follows. Its genuinely so infuriating trying to deal with.
(Sorry if I didnt word this correctly, Im actually really pissed with having to restart some of the animation.)

He has on auto key frame , if you look closely at the middle of screen towards the bottom , left of the start button you see a blue square with a white dot in middle , that’s auto key frame , but to manually lock it press the letter i and then chose location, rotation or whatever you need

You need to add a new character model that you are trying to use by dragging and dropping the character into the scene. Then you have to rig the character model that you want to use . If the model you want to use is similar to these here default models, you can use the same rig from this starter kit and just delete the model. I’m new to man but I learn quick and already finished two starter projects
