Idea for the next item/product: Small ditty bag for storing all the toiletries & first aid kit etc. (maybe 12x8x8 cm of DCF 1.0 (CT2K.18) with 35% overlapping zipper to the sides, to have a better opening on the top)
Many thx for the inspiring video. Today I finished my own hip bag successfully! Looks great, is made of darl blue waterproof Cordura 500 but with ykk zipper, the HHH is not accessible in Germany.
Thanks for posting the build video and pattern. Question about the triangle-like piece creation around minute 1:37... Is there a pattern for that or specific dimensions somewhere? (perhaps I missed something in the pattern generator?). Thanks again!
There is no generator or pattern for the wings, I literally just made something up on the spot that I thought would be an appropriate size relative the body of the fanny pack. I suggest you do the same, come up with a style and size you think would look good by drawing on a piece of paper - not much to it honestly.
Can you elaborate? Not sure I understand the question. The edge of the fabric is folded over once before top-stitching those two layers on to the zipper tape.
I don't know why I keep clicking on 3 minute gow to videos. I don't think I've ever completed a project with videos that skip edit every few seconds. If it takes you 30 minutes to make it I wanna see 39 minutes of film.
Really bummed your site went down, really wishing I could still access your pattern generators!! Cool project man :D
Same as YOU! @zipworks
Great quality, keen to see more

Great Gear, nice videos and website. Cool idea with the generator.
PS: Most of the affiliate-links are not working.
Thanks for bringing that to my attention! 🙏
great video. would you please share the measurements for the side pieces? 🥺
It's a great movie and I'm going to miss it. I like the slightly cloudy color. How was this filmed and edited?

NOOO, your site is down =(
Excelente
So, you don't do the "rolled hem" for the zipper, you just sew it on top of that webbing or grosgrain?

@@zipworks I see what you are doing now, thanks.
