    Dubai and Singapore are the same to me. They are like the West Asian and Southeast Asian version of the same city. Both immaculate, futuristic, rich asf, extremely well managed cities with tons of smart people and expats making a lot of money. So you get all of the nice things, shops, services etc that those types of people demand in the city.

    Singapore is not a playground. You can search for something to do in the country. Yes, The country is expensive but it is a very stable country to live, work and play. Try explore outside central area to understand the real culture of the country. If you describe the country is boring, it shows that you never did enough research. Majority of tourists visit central area, not the heartlands. I don't want my country to be a fun place. FYI, Singapore is a city state similar to Monaco and Vatican City. The country mainly focus on security, defences, education, business, research and development, supply chain, finance and food and beverages. The country don't focus too much on entertainment.
    If you want more entertainment, visit Thailand
    Is Singapore an industrialized country? Yes It is
    Is Singapore a city in a garden? Yes It is

    Tuomas, welcome to Malaysia! Malaysia Truly Asia, and it’s one of the most considered country for education, investment and retirement among the region. A multiracial and multicultural nation in which Orang Asli (aboriginal peoples), Malays, Chinese, Indians and other ethnicities (includes Europeans, Americans, Eurasians, Arabs and Thai ). Peoples are living in peace and harmony, our diversity of cultures makes Malaysia not only a food lover’s heaven but also one of the few countries with hundreds of celebrations and festivals all year round. We have nice weather at (22- 34 degree) , well preserved nature with a National Park formed about 130 million years ago, beautiful beaches, pretty islands, mountains, Mount Kinabalu- the highest peak in South Eat Asian and the modern skyscraper architecture ( Petronas Twin Tower , were once the tallest twin towers in the world and still remain among the top 10 list today). There are many more to offer by the country, hope to see you soon . Malaysia is welcoming you and everyone from every parts of the world ! ❤

    I suggest you Belgrade, Serbia. It is very very cheap, cheaper than Bangkok or Mexico City for example...very safe(way safer then France, Germany, Spain, Italy,Portugal...).
    Also it has awesome nightlife maybe even better than Berlin. It's a sport city with good football and basketball teams and fans.
    A lot of people speak English and tv/internet connection is awesome and very cheap.
    Poverty is there(like in any other country) but it is far less visible than in countries like Thailand and Mexico where you can see super poor people on every corner.
    So it has all the pros of Bangkok(cheap, safe, good nightlife) but on top of that is cleaner, better maintained, it has less poverty, more people speak english, and all the people have western mindset.
    Just check Belgrade Waterfront complex with biggest shopping mall/biggest spa/, biggest gym/biggest indoor swimming pool on the Balkan...also beside shops in the mall every building in the complex has 2-3 extra shops on the ground floor. Its in the city centre, between all those buildings you have parks, amazing view of the river and other side of the city across the river. In that complex spacious one bedroom apartment can easily be found for 1200-1300 euros...that same apartment in other parts of the city would be two times cheaper.

      You're comparing Belgrade to Bangkok, the most liveliest and visited city on earth? 🤣

    • @biber9979
      @biber9979 5 месяцев назад +1

      @@kayflip2233 you know why is Bangkok most visited...because of temples(after week or two you get bored from all that), cheap sex and because it is in the same country like Phuket and other awesome Thai islands.
      And I wasn't talking about visiting, I was talking about living in Belgrade cause it is better than Bangkok on almost every way.
      It is cheaper(when you compare apples to apples), cleaner, less polluted, cheaper private schools, it has amazing night life(second best in Europe), much easier to navigate around the city, way more people speak English, there is way way less poverty and even if is there it is nowhere visible and sad like in Bangkok, it is city with amazing sport...it has all kind of foreign restaurants...for living, especially family living Bangkok is worse in every aspect.

      @@biber9979 Guarantee you no one is choosing to visit or live in Belgrade over Bangkok. There's nothing to do in Belgrade. Bangkok is literally the most exciting city in the world with the best food, entertainment, shopping, culture, vibe, night life, parties etc. Belgrade isn't even in the top 1000 cities in the world to visit and Bangkok is literally #1 over Paris, London, NYC, Tokyo etc. Just stop it. Also Serbia has a similar GDP per capita as Thailand, so stop talking about poverty etc. Where do you see poverty in Bangkok? In fact it looks WAYYY richer than 99% of Western cities as there are no homeless people, no crackheads, no garbage, barely any crime etc. It's a much more stable and safe society than 99% of Western countries. Belgrade doesn't even have 1 skyscraper, Bangkok has thousands of modern skyscrapers and way more advanced infrastructure, Michelin star restaurants, sleek hotels, billion dollar malls everywhere. Can't believe you're trying to compare Belgrade to Bangkok.

      U dont need to pay urself 20k SGD montly salary, when u incorporate ur own company (quite simple and fast). Minimum is 5k SGD and there is a self assessment tool (SAT) to find out, if one qualifies for employment pass (EP, can also apply by oneself or use agent ~500 SGD). Other than that Singapore is expensive esp rent, alcohol etc
