    My Journal :
    Day 1 :
    • Morning : i did it with 15 secs rest each part. my shoulder cannot resist the weight of my body, that's the hardest part
    • Evening : same as morning :")
    Day 2 :
    • Morning : actually i did it at 12 PM :( . i need rest 10 secs every 2 parts. for me rotation plank is the hardest :(((
    • Evening : i did it at 7 pm , still need 10 secs every 2 parts and the hardest still rotation plank huhuhuuu
    Day 3 :
    • Morning : honestly, i forgot my journal. the only thing i know is i'm still struggling in rotation plank. that's just TOO hard :")
    • Evening : i didn't do it :( , i got so many college tasks so i forgot to do it :(((
    Day 4 : i only did it at evening, 3 times (for yesterday evening, and today morning and evening). i don't know if it's bcs i eat a lot or else but i able to do rotation plank easily 😭😭😭😭😭💞
    and i think i only need rest 20 secs ( just like the video did). omg can't believe
    Day 5 til the last day i did it all, morning and evening. No more pain, easy, and no rest
    Result : I HAVE ABS NOW OH MY GODDD. so the past few days i'm not only doing this exercise, but also with some others. whenever i saw my body on mirror i couldn't believe it 😭😭😭, this abs is real and now on my body!!!
    thank you so muchh, now i will always do exercise every day to maintain this. also i lose weight, from 60 to 56, just in 2 weeks!
    for you guys, my advice is : do not lose hope, i know how hard it is to keep your commitment but imagine the result you'll get once this over.
    keep doing exercises, not only this video, but other video (if you still have more energy). do not eat junks, do not be lazy.

    Hoy comenzaré cumpliendo este reto!!
    Día 1: Sentí claramente el dolor en mi abdomen pero logre terminar esta rutina
    Día 2: Me dolían mucho los brazos y mi abdomen quemaba.
    Dia 3: Ese dolor en los brazos y en el abdomen es tan satisfactorio.
    Día 4: El único dolor el que quiero sentir es al hacer todos estos ejercicios.
    Día 5: Terminado exitosamente.
    Día 6: Ese sentir de que ya no puedes más pero aún no te rindes y continuas sin descansar.
    Día 7: Hoy cumplo una semana y realmente ya veo cambios.
    Día 8: Ya puedo hacer estos ejercicios con más facilidad.
    Día 9: Terminado
    Dia 10: Terminado
    Dia 11: Terminado
    Día 12: Terminado
    Día 13: Terminado
    Día 14: Terminado Siiii Wiiii
    Les juro que si sirve háganlo no se rindan al principio puede ser muy duro pero les prometo que valdrá la pena... Puedo notar cambios en mi abdomen esta más marcado incluso tengo más cintura y mis brazos estan tonificados.
    Antes que nada antes de empezar esta rutina es mejor que comiencen con la 3 minutos para que puedan tener un poco más de resistencia yo claramente la vine haciendo antes de comenzar esta así que haganla que Si Se Puede "Nunca se rindan" ^w^

    Mình tập bài này được 2 tuần từ 11/12- 24/12/24. Sau 2 tuần thì thấy cơ thể khỏe hơn, chịu lực tốt hơn. Tập bài như bạn mẫu hết bài dễ dàng. Kết quả có cơ số 11 nha! Nhưng mỡ bụng thì khó giảm lắm. Cơ bụng có săn lại chút ít thôi. Nhưng chỉ 5p 1 ngày thì như vậy vượt quá mong đợi rồi. Có ngày mình tập 15p luôn á. Thanks chủ kênh rất nhiều.

      Nếu bạn muốn giảm mỡ thì phải kết hợp tập cardio toàn thân tuần 3 buổi 😚 còn plank thường giúp siết và rõ cơ hơn 🩷

    I did the 14 days plank challenge,I completed it today. And i can see the changes occurred in my stomach area. Bloating has reduced a lot really and my stomach looks slimmer. The ab crack is not visible, though i can see a bit of it above my belly button. These plank exercises have definitely helped my upper belly to look flat. I feel like if i do more ab excercises I'd get my desired results.
    Go for it, totally. 😁

    Mình đã theo bài này được 4 tuần. Mỡ bắp tay mình giảm được gần 3cm và mỡ gáy mất hoàn toàn. Thật sự rất bất ngờ với kết quả này. Mình tập 1 ngày 1 lần nhé. Mn ai còn tự ti vs bắp tay thì nên tập luôn đi. Rất ít khi cmt, nhưng muốn cho mn có thêm động lực nên mình mới ghi xuống đây. Cố lên vì body nuột nà..... mình kết hợp thoa tan mỡ trước lúc ngủ của chị su mi để tăng hiệu quả s ố 03:88,,6:08,,3:33 là DA IÔ của chị ấy cho bạn nào cần ạ

    i'm doing this exercise for past two days .at first it's very tough to do continuously without break but now it's my 3rd day doing this and I can manage to do this now without a single break it's really very tough but effective one pls maintain your breath while doing this and drink a lot of water

    Voy a intentar este reto tbm, ire informando:
    Dia 1: fue duro pero no descanse y lo hizo seguido, completado.
    Dia 2:fue agotador pero lo hize sin descanso, completado♡
    Dia 3:completado♡, recuerden tomar mucha agua
    Dia 4:completado
    Dia 5:completado
    Dia 6:completado
    Dia 7:completado
    resultado: sinceramente esto funciona bien, mi abdomen esta un poco mas plano y mi cintura redujo un poco, es necesario hacerlo sin descanso para que puedas quemar mas y recuerden tomar agua :)

    Been doing this for almost a year now. I started to do this around august. And fr im thanking this video and the person created this video. I was around 60 to 62 kilos back 2022 (was not sure). Last time i checked my weight it was september 2022. I was 58 kilos. I checked my weight again yesterday. Thankfully, i am now 57.4 Kilos With endless exercising and extreme food control. For someone reading this. I hope you will achieve the weight you want. I still want to lose 7 kilos. But dont rush it. It takes time to lose and gain weight. Love your body also ♥️

    Just completed the challange☺️ The results are actually incredible. Of course it’s like you will get abs, but waist will appear smaller. But thats how it worked for me. Everyones different. So ladys spare 3-5 minutes before bed and you will thank yourself later😉( And i ate just like i always do. Didn’t change anything.)

    Gonna start my journey here :
    Day 1 :
    - Morning = It was ok but I did struggle till the end 🥵 Still, I do love the burn 😝
    - Evening = It was easy at first but the last one really burns my arm 😫
    Day 2 ❌ I was busy 😭
    Day 3 :
    - Morning = Arms still hurt but it was ok 👍🏻 And the abdomen is actually very satisfying, ngl 🤭

    Ngày 1 : tập mỗi buổi tối , mệt ko thở nổi , giữa các bài có dừng lại nghỉ 15s , eo 72 nặng 46
    Ngày 2 : buổi sáng , mệt như chết
    Buổi chiều , hình như quen dần rồi ii đỡ mệt hơn hôm qua khá nhiều nhưng vẫn mệt!!!! T có thể tập 2 bài liên tục rồi mới nghỉ ngơi
    Ngày 3: tôi chỉ tập vào buổi chiều , thật sự còn quá mệt đối với tôi nhưng sáng khi thức dậy thấy bụng thay đổi một chút tôi lại có động lực tập
    Ngày 4: ❌ hôm ấy tôi bận nên không tập được t..t huhuuu
    Ngày 5 : bỏ 1 ngày thôi mà khi tôi tập lại vai và tay tôi gần như không chịu nổi cân nặng của cơ thể , rất là mỏi luôn
    Ngày 6: Hôm nay tôi có hẹn nên lỡ ăn lẩu chay và uống trà sữa với bạn của tôi -..-“ về tập lại thấy nhẹ người hơn khá nhiều nhưng tôi vẫn chưa thể tập liên tục như trong video được

    Voy a iniciar hoy (10/02/22)
    Día 1: fue fácil, pero agotador, me gustó mucho, regreso mañana
    Día 2: (11/02/22; viernes) Hoy fue diferente, ya que los viernes práctico un deporte, así que llegue más agotada a casa, pero de igual forma lo hice, transpire más, pero jamás me detuve, no olviden tomar agua, ayuda mucho.
    Día 3: (12/02/22; sábado) Hoy transpire más que antes, me gusta hacer este ejercicio, ya que no solo ayuda al abdomen, también ayuda con la fuerza de brazos, aclaro que yo no hago dieta, también hago más rutinas de ejercicios aparte de esta, por ende término más agotada, de igual forma esta es la rutina que más me gusta porque me ayuda también con la cintura y brazos.
    Día 4: (13/02/22; Domingo) Los días que no haces nada usualmente son los más duros. En mi caso los dias de descanso son los mas duros de todos, transpiro mas y me agoto mas que los demas días. Hoy sentí un dolor en mi abdomen lo cual me hizo pensar que esto si estaba dando resultados. Por favor tomen agua :)
    Día 5: (14/02/22; Lunes) Hoy tenía deportes por lo que termine agotada de brazos, sin embargo jamás me detuve y logré completar este día. No puedo creer que ya cumpla cinco días, gracias por e apoyo, nos vemos mañana.
    Día 6:(15/02/22; Martes) Completada, se me hizo un poco más calmada, pero aún la plancha baja o de codos me cuesta un poco, suelo cansarme mucho en esa plancha. Mañana y el jueves voy a estar de viaje, por lo que si llego a tener espacio voy a continuar con la rutina, si de lo contrario no puedo, regresaré hasta el viernes. Gracias por el apoyo.
    Día 7: (17/02/22; Jueves) No sé si reiniciar todo, digamos que este es el día uno ya que como no hice un día, creo yo que se debe reiniciar. Sin embargo cuento que ya logro hacer la plancha baja sin dificultad pero transporte más que antes, me alegra ya que puedo notar resultados y transpirar no es malo.
    Día 8: (18/02/22; Viernes) Holaaaa, quiero decir que estoy notando cambios y estoy muy feliz, les recuerdo que yo realizó tres vídeos, es decir, no sólo hago esta rutina, sin embargo, los resultados que puedo observar hasta ahora son muy notorio y eso me hace estar más feliz.
    Día 9: (19/02/22; Sabado) Ocurrio lo mismo que el sabado pasado, aun asi no deje de hacer un ejercicio aunque me duelen los brazos. Noto cambios y eso me alegra.
    Día 10:(20/02/22; Domingo) ¡Esto es increíble! Mi abdomen bajo, aún me falta la parte del ombligo pero se ve más lindo y de verdad noto los cambios, amo esta rutina, de verdad funciona y apenas voy en el día diez (para mí es el día tres), muchas gracias por esta rutina, de verdad funciona 😭✨
    Día 11: (21/02/22; Lunes) hoy no transpire tanto ya que al tener este día deporte extra me permitió estar preparada para esta rutina, sin embargo me gusta mucho hacerla y ya no me cuesta tanto
    Día 12:(22/02/22; Martes) Hoy me mire al espejo y aún estoy a la espera de que me guste el resultado, me faltan dos días, claramente veo cambios, y aún así voy a a continuar con el ejercicio luego de los catorce días, me gusta esta rutina y la suelo mezclar con otras, aún no hago dieta pero planeo iniciar una dieta, gracias por el apoyo y voy a continuar actualizando.
    Día 13: (23/02/22; Miércoles) Hoy me mire en el espejo y noto menos abdomen en la parte baja, me alegra mucho, después del último día quizás actualice por semanas o meses, pero prometo no dejar de hacer esta rutina.
    Día 14:(24/02/22; Jueves) ¡Último día! Quiero decir que de verdad funciona, es una de las rutinas más eficientes que hice, de verdad me gustó mucho cumplir este reto de 14 días. Si note la diferencia y de verdad me gustó el resultado, claro que no lo voy a dejar acá, actualizaré de vez en cuando, les recomiendo 100 la rutina.     3 day✅(i have a strong pain in my wrist i dont know if that normal or not!, but at all is better than last one)

    Doing this for 3 days straight
    Nothing much changed but when I touch my belly I can feel the muscles I will keep an update I am 150lb 5'3" I am really hoping to get the great results ❤

    Вау! Начинаю делать эту тренировки после week1 по три минутки и, в целом, некоторые упражнения делать сложно (стоять в планке долго, например, но, скорее всего, на это влияет мой сколиоз) и в целом, мне очень нравится! Я почти не устала :)

    Lo voy a empezar hoy 25/2/2022
    Día 1: bien, solo que me tuve que tomar descansos
    Día 2: Súper bien
    Día 3: Hoy me costo por que me dolían el abdomen y los brazos
    Día 4: Hice la mirad sin parar y ya empieza a doler el abdomen, ahorita que me veo al espejo mi abdomen se ve más plano y duro creo que cuándo termine esto me voy a ver bien papasito jajaja.
    Día 5: Súper bien ya casi termino la primera semana :)
    Día 6: Aveces paro por que me duelen mucho los brazos pero mi cuerpo y mi abdomen específicamente los veo más definido, súper feliz por que ya en la primera semana se ven resultados
    Día 7: Son increíbles los resultados que da esto y solo son 5 minutos ya veo mi cuerpo más acomodando y se me esta empezando a marcar la V demasiado buena esta rutina vamos por la otra semana 💪🏻
    Día 8: Y seguimos, todo bien hasta ahora :)
    Día 9: Hoy lo hice todo muy bien creo que mañana me voy a tomar un descanso por que hay que descansar los músculos para que se marquen y además es mi cumpleaños, entonces sigo pasado mañana
    Día 10: Hoy lo hice todo súper bien, es increíble como noto mi abdomen un poco más marcado y no tan hinchado me estan gustando mucho los resultados

    Lo voy a retomar de nuevo ya que siempre lo dejo en la mitad de la finalización voy a hacer todo lo posible para llegar a los 14 días 🌱
    Voy lo hice pero no llegue a terminarlo a si que no lo voy a marcar, mañana empezar y voy a ver si lo sábado y domingo lo sigo igual, voy a ir actualizando 🌱

    Le recomiendo que repita la rutina dos veces , yo hago está rutina lunes , martes , jueves... Y le recomiendo las dos rutina más que ella tiene en su canal solo una vez y así vera más resultados .

    i did 1 week and it was easier than this!! I will do 2 weeks! I want to replace that I eat everything I want, except for chips (I can’t have them), and I eat sweets in small quantities (I have an allergy)😭

    I already did the first week. I'll continue with this.
    Day 8: ✓ My arms are burning and I felt a bit dizzy. My stomach is still sore. I was having a hard time with plank rotation.
    Day 9: ✓ I ate a lot today and I also went out. I can hold the plank even after the break, but I'm having a hard time with hip twist and rotation. My arms are burning and I can feel my stomach being sore.
    Day 10: ✓ I can feel my core being stronger, I also can do half push up. I was surprised when I was able to do even a half push-up cause before, I wasn't able to bend my arms even just a little bit. My stomach is not sore, just my arms are burning. I'm still having hard time with hip twist and the rotation.
    Day 11: ✓ I felt dizzy. I wasn't able to do it all with good posture. I dont have much to say since I dont feel anything compare to the first day of first and second week.
    Day 12: ✓ I dont have much to say, still having hard time. About my waist, the size is still the same. But my core is stronger.
    Day 13: ✓
    Day 14: ✓
    Result: For the 2nd week, my waist size didnt decrease like the first one. It just maintained, I recommend doing the 1st week rather than 2nd week specially if your a busy person. But this excercise really improved my core a lot. You can do it too! Goodluck!

    Llevo cinco días seguidos… en la mañana salto lazo 10 minutos primero, luego hago este ejercicio y en la noche hago la rutina que tiene de 3 minutos.
    Duele, ha sido muy muy pesado, pero los resultados se ven, es increíble. Vale la pena todo. Motívense. Coman sano y tomen agüita.

    1st week, I followed her 3min plank in the morning and 5 min plank in the evening and I found that my total body fat decreased from 29.1% to 27.4% (I used MI 2 body scale). My visceral fat also decreased too. I can see little abs line. However, my waist size and my weight didn’t change much.

      Sometimes your weight doesn’t really matter since it can be because of your height and if u want u can try like not a diet but u can organize ur eating schedule by colors of the fruits and vegetables u can eat at least 3 colors a day

      Update: my 2nd week, I did 5 min plank without rest twice a day. I can see the abs line a little more clear but my lower belly fat stay still. My whole body look slimmer and I can see my arm muscles.

    When I was following some exercise on youtube with plank rotation, I couldn’t finish even the half of the routine. Now, after finishing a week with the day 1-7 plank workout, the plank rotation seemed very easy , though there at times when I get dizzy when rotating my body 😄. But, I’m already improving on that. This only shows that the routine exercise pretty works on improving muscle strength and body endurance, not to mention the toning effect it can provide.

    Что ж я хочу выполнять эту тренировку на протяжении полторы недели, и оставить свой отчёт здесь🙋🏼‍♀️
    1 день: было довольно легко.
    2 день: на утро почуствовала боль в лопатках, мышцы сильно ощущались. Я довольна. Сделала два подхода!!
    3 день: снова два подхода!! Очень болят руки, но я уже вижу результат!!
    4 день: сделано✔
    5 день: сделано. Сегодня было достаточно легко, и живот выглядит более подтянутым.
    6 день: сделано✔
    7 день: сделано✔
    Вообщем прошла неделя с того как я начала делать эту тренеровку и хочу сказать, что она стит того!! Сегодня я могу увидеть как мой живот полностью стал плоским и на нём можно увидеть линии преса. Так же талия визуально стала меньше и ушки в верхней части бёдер ушли. Чуть позже сантиметром хочу измерить параметры, постараюсь отписаться. Но я определённо продолжить делать эту тренировку дальше!

      @@mari_net6426 питалась впрынцепи как обычно, и сладкое и хлеб и в мак часто ходила. понимания того что я урежу то что люблю приведёт к новым срывам меня мотивирово справляться с виной. так что себе не отказывала, но был дефицит. изначально он был не очень здоровым, но потом я всё так повысила его до нормы и питалась по нём. но думаю если вы можете ограничить себя в хлебных изделиях результат будет лучше.))

    Day 1: ✅✅this is way more intense than week 1 and i struggled, took 2 little breaks, hope i can do it latter without breaks
    Day 2:✅✅ I can do 1st part without breaks but second part i took one break (omg tiny bit of change i think us mainly cause of the last week)
    Day 3: ✅✅ That was hard but finally without breaks (in the afternoon only lmao, morning nop)

    Hoy empecé a hacer esta rutina de 14 días, espero completarla con éxito. Cintura 69 cm
    Día 1: 18/05/2022 no pude hacer todas las planks seguidas, casi al final tuve que descansar un rato porque mis brazos ya no soportaban más. Sentí más el burn 🔥 en mis brazos que en mi abdomen. Pero terminé esta rutina
    Día 2: 19/05/2022 Realmente no se si estoy haciendo correctamente esta rutina porque el abdomen no me duele mucho pero los brazos si, y sigo tomando descansos entre los ejercicios porque mis brazos me matan :(. Espero mejorar en el transcurso de los días.
    Día 3: 20/05/2022, hoy no hice la rutina. Estaba realmente cansada.
    Día 4: 21/05/2022, hice 10 minutos de esta rutina para compensar lo de ayer, esta vez ya no me dolieron tanto los brazos y resistí mucho más que antes, sigo teniendo descansos intermedios pero mucho menos que antes
    Día 5: 22/05/2022 Hoy lo hice mucho mejor, no descansos entre ejercicios pero aún descanso mucho más de 20 segundos en el intermedio, mucho menos dolor en los brazos y más dolor en el abdomen
    Día 6: 23/05/2022 Sigo descansando mucho más que 20 segundos en el intermedio pero cada vez me duelen menos los brazos y sigo sintiendo mucho más burn en el abdomen y espalda.
    Día 7: 24/05/2022 No pude hacer la rutina hoy porque estuve todo el día trabajando :(
    Día 8: 25/05/2022 Hoy hice esta rutina dos veces para compensar lo de ayer, no sentí dolor en brazos como antes, pero si desncasé mucho más en el descanso de los 20 segundos. Mañana me desafiaré y seguiré esto al pie de letra
    Día 9: 26/05/2022 hice esta rutina solo descansando los 20 segundos, se me dificultó un poco el segundo ejercicio y creo que no lo hice tan bien pero cada día mejorando! 💪
    Día 10: 27/05/2022 rutina completa!
    Día 11: 28/05/2022 Hecho
    Día 12: 29/05/2022 Hecho!
    Día 13: 30/05/2022 Hecho
    Día 14: 01/06/2022 Ayer no hice esta rutina porque estaba muy cansada, hoy termino los 14 días, siento mas resistencia física pero no noto los cambios en mi abdomen, en fin. Lo positivo es que tengo más fuerza!

    Día 1: me siento bien, a esta rutina del vídeo le añado otros dos vídeos uno de chloe y el de ella de la primera semana.
    Día 2: ya no estoy cansada, se me hace fácil, y he notado el abdomen un poco más plano, estoy feliz!
    Día 3: noto mi abdomen plano, pero un poco más, la verdad si noto la diferencia de los ejercicios, seguiré así
    Día 4: creo q noto cambios porque antes tenia como grasita en mi esto y esta disminuyendo, me encanta
