Awesome workout Laz. Just done it for the first time. Some killer tracks, Triceps tough one, lunges with press very hard, and the abs track nice and tough; could really feel the abs working. The Mac Raise was a new one on me and really loved that exercise. Please include that in some of your other routines and any other new exercises would be great. Will be doing this one again, now I know the routine. Great instruction as ever - keep up the great work. Thank you . Emma 🤗😍
