Just re-done this workout. Haven't done it for a while but it is one of my favourite whole body routines. Great mix of strength and energy. I skipped the lunge track today, as I will be doing a big cycle ride tomorrow. That's another great thing about these routines, you can mix and match upper and lower body, just pick and mix what you need. Thanks for all your great encouragement Laz - you make me work harder 👍😍. This has to be a favorite lift practice for me. Question. Do you use 10 Kg in each hand or 20 kg in each? I plan on increasing with a wrist weight 1 lb and i am using mostly 8 lb in each hand. When it swings out as in shoulder, i use a 5. All in all i am still looking at a slow slow slow and slight increase in strength. I did 16 half tricep pushups And 6 full. Two years ago i was at 50. Then my hands and wrists gave out. So. I am careful. Overall thank you so much

On pump the smart bar without weights is just over 6.6 lbs then we count small plate each 5.5 lbs, medium plate each 11 lbs then large 22 lbs. when adding them on bar so it's 2 x 11 lbs if adding medium plates. Hope that make sense. I see you look after yourself which is a good think well done for maintaining through with your condition. Respect :) x
Goofy morning workout. Yesterday a long mountain bike ride. Thought. I have just added padded lifting gloves. I had serious hand and wrist damage a large degree due to lifting and push-ups. Just an idea to model it for others. As we age, the damages become apparent. I wish i had known. I also have what are like ganglia on my palms. They are not uncommon for folks my age but i am sure these would have helped.

I LOVE this routine; I've done it several times now. My technique is improving every time. This is a great all over body pump routine. Love the combo exercises with the squat and raise. Will keep doing this time and time again. Thank Laz for great instruction and motivation. Emma xx

Thanks so much. Really appreciate that you explain the exercises so clearly. It's hard to watch the video and do the exercises while lying on your back, especially the chest track so I love that you talk through the exercises clearly at the same time. I can follow without cricking my neck to try and see the video at the same time. Same goes for the press ups and plank - hard to watch and do press ups.

I'm a day late ! Great workout thanks Laz. Loved the bicep track in particular. Put some of my weights up and really concentrated on technique.
