- Rapid body strength workout in express format 30 minutes. Challenging with barbell light weights high reps.
Equipment: Barbell, Stepper and some extra weights.

🔺1:47 T1 WARM UP 🎶 Can’t help myself by Daxten
Weight: Light barbell something you feel comfortable to start.
Track focus: Timing, understanding the basic to warm up the body and get ready for the workout.
🔺 7:54 T2 SQUAT 🎶 No sleep no rest by Vince Yara
Weight: Heavy barbell ideally for regulars 3 to 4 times and for beginners double up the warm up weight. You will need an extra medium to heavy plate.
Track focus: In 3 blocks Mid, Wide and Wider engaging lower body muscles Quad, Glutes and side Glutes.
🔺14:16 T3 UPPERBODY (Shoulder/Triceps/Chest) 🎶 Still my game by Jake and Jake
Weight: Bench, 2x small or medium plate.
Track focus: Engaging upperbody muscles deltoids, triceps and pectorals focus to keep range on each reps.
🔺20:59 T4 BACK 🎶 The winner by Tape Machines
Weight: Barbell weight can be double up from warm up weight and for beginners warm up or slightly more.
Track focus: Posterior chain, working with power and energy from lower body and upper body to engaging hamstring, glutes and arms.
🔺26:40 T5 ABS & CORE 🎶 Through money by Raccy
Track focus: upper & lower abs combination in first block. 2nd block focus on core and shoulder and keep working through to improve plank holding position.
Equipment: Small to medium plate or Bodyweight.
🔺29:50 T6 STRETCH 🎶 I will let you in by (SLCT Remix) Frigga
Track focus: relax your muscle and stretch hip flexer, glutes, hamstring, quad and upper body arms and shoulder.

Once again thank you!! It’s good to have a 30 min one when you don’t want to have an excuse to sit on your butt. Better than nothing and when u don’t think you have time for even the 45 minute one! I appreciate the time you take to make the music RIIIIGHT! Your music is always good! I can tell you like to groove to it too! I think it’s not easy to find the right music and timing. The balance of the audio on this with music + your voice was just right (could hear both). I love your style: fresh, fit, realistic-looking, stylish, cute, wonderful smile, STRONG and CAPABLE! I love your coaching thank you so much for all your videos. I think I’ve done the one-hour one a million times but it’s perfect too; never tire of it. Someone said they miss the biceps but there’s only so much you can fit in 30 min...Something has to be left out! LOVE LOVE LOVE this!! Please do more express body pumps. I used to do the full body pump for years, but life changes and now it is hard to find enough time, three times a week. Thirty minutes is perfect! I am excited to get back into exercising now that I found your shorter version, which is still a great workout.
For me too. I cancelled my gym membership as they dont do classes anymore and i cant do 1h because i get bored. 30min is ideal. I stay focused.

Love this express pump one! the upper body exercises are definitely what I need. I've done this workout 3 times now and really enjoy it. Especially when you say to keep technique because you don't need very heavy weights to feel the tension. Thank you Laz!

Really enjoyed this! I miss the les mills classes at the gym and this brought me back to those times. I just used dumbbells & a kettlebell since I dont have a barbell at home.

I always hate body pump the first time I do a class, it’s so quick and tough to adjust to new moves. If you could explain clearly what the moves are before you do the track that would help a lot 😁
Hi, thank you for your comment. For this short body pump class we don't have much time. The best way is normally people do pump 2 or 3 times a week and pump routine is usually pretty much similar always so you will get the idea by doing it more often and you will know what's coming next. Hope that helps!
