      Perfect Laura! Its good that you are doing pump during lunch time specially when you have busy schedule at work! this is why its good 30 minutes workout :)

    13.5.2024: Chest with 12 and 10 kg was brutal. Back track all the way through with 15 kg, proud of my self.

    20.3.2024: I couldn't finish the chest track with 12 kg. Back track with 15 kg all the way for the first time. 🎉

    On chest section is it ok to do on floor without step ??

    great workout but it’s kind of hard to follow along because you have so many different combos and hardly give a warning haha

      Hey! Thanks for your comment. Pump workout can be tricky for early cues on all combos when the music is moving fast and we as instructor need to say a lot in a short time hence it's hard to give early cues. The best thing about pump because the choreography stays same so when you do it more than once you will know what's coming. Hope it's not too hard 😊
