Hi Laz - I do lots of your workouts, but I just really enjoyed going back to last year's video and re-doing this body pump style workout again. Love the tempo and the different combos you use. Skipped the lunges today as planning a big cycle day tomorrow. Some more newer body pump style sessions would be great. Thanks for all the great instruction. You're a star 👍🤩

Great class, thanks heaps. The only suggestion, keep your ellbows at your body while doing triceps push ups. So much harder on the triceps!!

One of the greatest things I like about the workouts is the clock. I can gauge my efforts and keep pushing. I really like that aspect of the workouts. I was happy to learn this one had just been posted. It’s great.

I have recently started doing your RUclips pump work outs. They are very good and challenging. I love the Les Mills Body pump approach. One improvement I could suggest: turn down the volume on your commentary and turn up the volume on the music?

Loved the workout, but sorry I hated the guitar track.Your workouts are fantastic and I find the clock so motivating. Can't do any other workouts that don't have a clock now. Can't go to the gym right now and your videos are keeping me motivated to exercise. Thanks so much for posting.

That can be pretty heavy for triceps & Biceps otherwise you can give it a go specially for squat & back track 💪🏼

Great tracks as always, Laz! I still struggling with biceps n triceps tracks but i love it. Love the movements in cool down too.
Glad you like them! Biceps can be hard but we always can improving the strength by doing them :)
Quite like this one! Pretty hard, especially the lunges @ 35:00 ! Its also nice that you use different genres of music throughout.

good i did yesterday and this morning. light yesterday normal today- so mostly 8 lb each. i cannot imagine not doing this daily. and got my first shot yesterday which is like smelling land after months at sea

Nice for a passive rest! get used to more challenging tracks with Lazfit, but highly useful for those days you want to lower the workload weights.

Always looking for your alternative bodypump classes! Hour-long sessions are always very fulfilling! But I also hope you could make more of the shorter ones too, like 30-45 min sessions. Anyway thank you for the great class!

You asked how it was, it was good. I’m normally strong on Squats and happy at 30 kg. That is until you make me go on my toes and ai wish I went lighter.🥵😊
30kg wow that’s amazing! I can understand lifting heels with heavy bar can be very challenging, take option to no heel lifts when you are doing with heavy bar however you can always swap it round like lighter bar heel lifts :)
