Cheaper just to have 2 pairs then to have the snap fx. Most of us already got 2 pairs anyways . The only thing I see that needed to be done was the magnetic opening for the faceplate

Have you used the premium guard? Does the guards get clogged up.? I remember the gold and black one is clogged up all the time when you do bulk, specially heavy bulking

I daily the ergos and with using them properly with the dock I can go a full 8hr day without them dying, I feel like these are a solution that doesn’t really have a problem that exists

Idk I never dealt with battery life issues anyway because of the power mat. I’m not sure if it fits the boost or if it needs it. Still pretty new we’ll have to see

sorry for my stupid cuestion but, can you use the trimmer's batery in the clipper? or they don't match
They have different bottoms so you can’t swap. The new fx ones are interchangeable between clipper, trimmer, and shaver

Yeah it just says unlimited. I did about 7 or 8 cuts with them today before they started blinking. Just swapped and went right back at it
These looks like bad ass, looks like they are watching your charge mat bro and they got these batteries to solve that problem. I like the magnets and the idea the charge base looks huge, anyone getting this setup may have to get rid of some stuff to make more room, it makes sense though, the price seems right but the batteries i bet they will make a killing on but hey if this is how you make a living then yeah the price isnt that bad. 600 plus tax sounds ok but the big question is how many heads can you get out of each charge.
Cool thing is the clipper dock will fit the trimmer battery. So I’m running one dock just for the charger, and setting the clipper and trimmer on my mat.

Hello. I am a barber from Ukraine. I have a problem with my SNAP FX machine. Maybe you know what can help??? The machine works great on a closed knife, but when I open the knife, the machine stops, although the battery is fully charged. Bought 3 days ago. This is constantly repeated. You don't know what can help?
I’m not 100% sure. I know some of the Babyliss have something that shuts them off if they sense drag in the blade. Try making sure they’re oiled well and adjusted correctly, not too tight so your certain the blade can move without much resistance

The clipper seem pretty similar to the regular fx but I want to see how the trimmer does! Because the fx trimmer is my favorite to use Also I’ll take the octane! If you’re giving it out lol mine gave out me sadly
They’re both pretty similar other than the battery and cover, but honestly they cut so much better. I’ll have a video cutting as soon as I can!

@@Seancutshair nah nah but at my station i have my plugs come thru my draw so mine are plugged in most of the day.
Cool feature for sure… may be helpfull when you are using just that one clipper… but not a lot of US Barbers do that tho’.
Too expensive for my liking.. and unfortunetely.. rosegoldfx is my first clipper - i Still use it but i started to dislike that shape and weight more and more.
So yeah .. i appriciate them being innovative but its a pass for me.

It depends. Me personally I use my charging mat so didn’t necessarily need the battery option. But if that’s something that would benefit you then I’d say it’s worth it
I know you don't the fade blade but if you have extra fade blades and babyliss trimmer blades that you didn't like, like the dlc ill be glad to take them if you are willing to give them away or don't want them i like your videos and tutorials keep up the good work!
I always keep them for backups incase I drop somethin and break a tooth

Man if I only had clippers to give to everybody that needed some. Try coming up with a plan to make a few bucks here and there and invest in a decent set. Cut family members who support you for $5-10 and use that toward some tools 👍🏻

Pointless clipper. An innovated thing would of been 8hr clipper like caliber and also another small version of the same clipper so its not so huge. Also a more quiet clipper and making sure the teeth don’t bite when zero gapped.

Lol babyliss is doing entirely too much. The clippers run from $230 all the way to $300+ cmon man real barbers know it’s all about THE BLADE and how you zero gap and set it
Some people just like tools and investing in new exciting stuff. Others use the same 10 year old clipper their whole career. To each their own
