I bought the snap fx after they went on sale they are great. And I’m graduating next Friday can’t believe I’ve been watching your channel for a year now since i started school.
That’s what’s up they are a good set for sure 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻
Which model of machine do you recommend most for grading and shaping the beard at home?
I'm a Lo-pro FX clipper and trimmer user, gotta love that combo.
💯💯💯
I have Lo-Pro clipper too but I have a slight problem with it. It feels like it sometimes starts to slow down or starts to clog with hair while I am cutting hair. Sometimes the hair slows it down to the point it turned off. I am lubricating my blades with Andis cool care and they run great but with LoPros I have to use oil. It helps a little but the problem is still there. I was just wondering if you have this problem too. I have regular Lo-Pros.
I have the rose gold set and the clipper gets hot quick are yall having the same problem?
@@petertruban7084 do you ever deep clean your clipper? I do it once a month and mine is still running smooth.
@@JezzyXV Sorry bro, haven't had any issues related with temperatures.
Great video, Sean. I just ordered the new Lopros! Can’t wait to use them.
Good choice!
Joeski!!! What's up man
Estou assistindo do Brasil, tive que usar uma VPN para encontrar mais informações sobre cortadores de cabelo, e acabei encontrando seu canal Parabéns pelo trabalho!
Can’t wait for your own influencers when Babyliss sign you 🐐🐐🐐
Man I hope 🤞🏼
@@SeancutshairI’m thinking about getting the babyliss lithium clipper or the lo pro fx clipper can you help me decide
@@laincakola8994 I got the matte black lithium clipper and like it a lot. I even like the wedge blade. The clippers are smooth and cut nice and lightweight. My co worker runs the influencer lo pro the yellow one and he the lithium matte black is nicer imo
Great video bro 🙌🏻 one question which blade do you use in the boost one
Babyliss taper blade
Do you use the SC faper blade on the lo pro fx clippers? I like the blade it comes with but I notice the wahl premium guards come off while cutting.
Yeah the faper blade is solid on the lo pro
Love the green clipper
💯💯💯
@seancutshair Do you have any videos this year regarding your top 5 clippers that are not just babyliss?
I have a best clippers video with top 3 but may have to do a new one!
I have really been wanting to try the Lo Pros. Still using the Magic Clips and definitely wanted an upgrade. You think it’s worth it?
Absolutely. Definitely get the influencer lo pro not the old ones
I saw the lithium fx at tjmaxx too but it was the old version. On off switch was at the bottom and it didn’t open as far.
Yeah those weren’t quite as nice
Liking the studio!
Thanks so do I!!!
I'm very new and what to go to school to be a barber what type of clippers and trimmer would you recommend for a beginner like barely starting off
These lithiums would be a good start. Or the stylecraft rogue bundle
I have the matte black boost. what blade do you recommend to get a clean FADE?
I prefer the taper blade
What balde do you recommend for the boost ive tried the wedge blade and fade blade i don't like them
Taper blade or one of the new MIM blades when they come out!
My low pro fx clippers seem to get hot fast. I have the gold set with the trimmers. I have had a couple customers complain they are too hot. Is there some way to fix this?
Make sure they’re well oiled and keep cool care on them. They do get hotter than most but I haven’t had too much trouble
Never seen a brand confuse the consumer more than Babyliss, still dont know what to choose
What do you have questions on? They basically have 3 or 4 different styles of clippers, with different color, power, and blade options.
Are the gold snap fx worth buying or is the low pros better than them all with a different blade
@@YourfavElise_it depends, lo pro has a worse motor by about 400 rpm I believe and the runtime isn’t super great but I have them north the trimmer and clipper they cut great, the snap fx like he said basically just have an infinite battery life, so if you’re not cutting all day go with the lo pros, you can get the clipper and trimmer for 200$ in a bundle instead of paying almost 400$
I’m with ya. I wish they’d have a comparison matrix on their site. Sean’s comparison video is helpful though. Thanks mate.
In curious how do you spray paint your machines without the smell staying on them? I spray painted one of my fx and they smelled like pure paint and still do.
Letting it cure all the way and solid clear coat seems to have no smell afterward
I’ve been cutting hair for 2 months now but my problem is that I take too long, Do you have any tips on how can I cut faster?
Just focus on being efficient. Having systems, staying organized, not cutting the same hair 3,4,5 times
Bro I have a problem with the lo pro blades heating up, I replaced the lower one with a faper but it didn't help much when I put on the upper gamma blade with the x ergo is very noisy, do you suggest cutting the original babyliss clamp to fit the gamma blade?
I’m using the original Babyliss cutting blade and no issues with heat
@@Seancutshair x2
Do you oil the blade... not trying to be a smart ass but some people don't
Babyliss lo pro, Bro how did you deal with the loud noise at the lever, tightening the screw of the lever does not help for long, after some time the noise returns
I don’t have any loud noise from the lever. Not sure what you mean
Hi Sean it’s been a while that I’ve been trying to get a Babyliss but can’t really decide between snap or boost I like them both I don’t really know which one to get
Boost, or go for the new fx ones
On your Lo Pro influencer do you have the stock blades or did you swap them out?
I’m using the new MIM blade from Babyliss
Ok. Barber School student here and I’m still trying to learn about equipment. I’m using the black Lo Pro’s right now and really love them but I also want to expand my toolbox.
With appreciation,
JR
North Carolina
What a video for make me take a decition!! Thanks!!! Where can i get thise clippers wall mounts?
Amazon, magnetic tool mount
@@Seancutshair Thanks a lot!!
Are any of these the same as the BabylissPRO silverFX? How does that one stack up against these?
The boost+ is similar but upgraded motor. The silver is just the og regular fx
*BaByliss Clippers 🔥*
i have a normal working fx clipper but its loud can i buy the tomb45 uprgade kit and will it be quieter and more powerful
Probably not quieter but will help bring it back to life
Get a new cam follower for it and swap out the blades for new ones.
Are you gonna review the Tpob troll clippers ?? They hit imo 🔥
Yes I am 👌🏻
What blades do you recommend on LoPro and boost fx?
I always used the babyliss taper blade
Last question haha. Should I get the snapfx or wait for the FX one system to come out.
I’d probably wait for the fx one
What do you use to edit your videos
Adobe premiere
You don’t use the Gamma Boosted anymore? Lo pro is that good?
Boosted is still good but yes loving the lo pro at the moment
Hi. What would you recommend. Babyliss fx8700e or JRL FreshFade 2020C?
I work for Babyliss now so I have to say Babyliss 😝
🔥 🔥
I love the wedge blade but it’s not for everyone. I used to like it on the old fx673 and left mine on the Lithium fx and my Lo Pro. I think people should give it more time it’s actually a smooth cutting blade in my opinion 🤷🏾♂️
It’s not bad but definitely prefer others
@@Seancutshair Respect 🫡 I gotta try my faper blade more haven’t given it a real shot 🤦🏾♂️
i have the yellow lo pro fx but is the blue one that you reviewed better or are they all the same
They’re the same
Im not a Barber im just looking for a great beard clipper/trimmer for personal use. What would you reccomend?
That’s tough as barbers we really use a clipper for length and trimmer for the line. Idk about just one. Some trimmers come with guards but I don’t ever use them
Goldfx vs boost+ which clipper is better for fading?
They’re gonna fade the same just the boost will be a little more powerful and have the rubber grip
What is that on the backround?
I want to get something like that.
Dry erase board with magnet holders
Is the original lo pro still a good option for beginner barbers?
I’d suggest the influencers over the original because they open up a bit longer. They’re both good clippers though
@@Seancutshair so is that the only difference between the two?
I'm a student and I like the lopro's, but I want the one fx system! Does anyone know when they drop?
October
I should have them and more details soon
Sean i have the nicole renae lopro fx and they heated up a ton ive done 4 cuts with them and each time it gets hot to the point where it hurts(blade) not body
Does that happen to yours?
Dawg i have that same issue no idea what the problem is i tried switching blade but still gets hot they cut like beasts tho
I have a faper blade on mine and no issues with heat
@@ulysessanchez9506 fr be burning my brothers neck nd shit maybe with these they expect you to fade the whole cut in 20 min 😂
@@Seancutshair ill have to give that a try thanks!
i been trying to use your code on babyliss right now but it’s telling me it isn’t valid :/
They’re running a 20% off promotion through the end of the month so no other codes can be used
So the snap FX with the trimmer for $200 is a steal?
Yeah they’re like $400+ originally for both
So bin the original Lo Pro’s???
Original lo pros open up half as much as these do. Didn’t love how they cut
Lo-pro fx or boost limited ?
That’s tough I use both! They’re solid depends on if you like a standard shape or don’t mind the fx shape
Do the boost have any cons??
Not any that I can think of, they’re pretty solid
@@Seancutshair does it get heat easily?
Which ones are best for a bald head
Probably the black fx3
I'm looking for a trimmer and clipper and my budget is 150
Check out TPOB he has full bundles for around that, and on amazon as well
lopro fx or sc rebel ?
I’m liking the influencer lo pro these days. Rebel is solid too especially with the new cam follower so they won’t get so loud
review the tpob troll clipper
It’s in the works
babyliss needs to partner with you already lol
Maybe one day!
Still waiting for the SCH edition to drop ..
You and me both 😝
Doe the goat himself reply
Who’s the goat?! 👊🏼👊🏼👊🏼
@@Seancutshair you
Fx one is coming soon I’ve heard. If you have more news keeps us in touch 💫🤗
As soon as I get them!!!
My name is sean and i cut hair also 🔥🔥

Hi
What’s good?!?
Great trimmers and shavers… I have never been a fan of the clippers…
They’re definitely different. Lo pro is number one because it’s the most “normal” of all their clippers
First🥱
🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
I’ve been using the snap fx just saying do not buy it
Why don’t you like it?
@@Seancutshairit’s just the clippers the battery time/rpm of the motor are horrible they just don’t cut hair my tpob slime are better… the trimmers are fine and work as advertised i hate this clippers so much
I have a Nicole Renae LoPROFX BNIB if anyone wants it for $100 lmk
👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻
