What’s up Sophie? I have both machines. I feel that the FX one definitely has more torque. It feels much more powerful to me than the original. I don’t know if it is because the clipper is new or not but it definitely has more pep and I love the MIM blade, definitely my favorite blade that is out right now. Was never a big fan of the wedge blade on the original. I think the upgrades are awesome.
I agree!! The n1 motor really helps push the power through! feels more solid to me as a whole. Glad to hear you have the same experiences! 😎
the best feature for me is the way the batteries charge. while im on the go if i need juice for my clippers i can just use any usb-c charger to charge them. As a travel barber not always having an outlet to charge your clippers is a henderence. the fxone system has been a game changer.
YESSSIR. The usb-c feature has been so great for those situations! Def great for house calls!🫡
Hi. I recently got these I loved how they cut I used on myself at first. The first 20 min it was cutting good and all of a sudden it didn’t want to start up. And the battery was fully charged. I charged the battery for 3 hours. Should I leave the battery charging for a whole day?
U only need to charge up to when it stops blinking. Where did u buy from? Sounds defected
@@Staygold31 oh ok. I got them from a barber supply store near my house. Thanks for the fast reply 🙌🏾
Yes this is the question
Do you happen to know when the MIM blade is going to be for sale?
It’s out now on BabylissPro.com
Do the new fx1 open up to the same 4.2mm like the influencer lo pros?
LoPro has similar lever to that one yes
Hey Sofie great video 💯 I am a beginner barber just got the Andy version of the lo pro fx was wondering what's the best taper blade to put on them?
Nice choice ! Hmmm best taper blade - i really like the graphite or gold titanium. Can’t go wrong with either
@@Staygold31 ok Ty 💯🫶🏾
Why does rattle sometimes? Is it because of power and movement together?
What the longer range open up to on open taper
i just bought these and i cut three heads from 3-5 and only one bar went down (75% capacity) albeit im good at turning off the clipper when im not using it. id say the 2.5 hr run time might be closer to 4?
is the wedge blade that much different from the fade blade?
Similar but has their own features
👍💈👏Clear and informative as always. TY Sofie
Glad you enjoyed it! As always, its easy to explain when it just WORKS.
How far does the gray ones open up too ?
Thanks for the review how are they for taking down bulk or do you just use them them for fading? I was looking to buy a pair
When I was using just the fxone set, I can BOTH! If i always keep to cutting on dry hair, usually it works the smoothest and doesnt ever jam up any clipper i have
i havnt got either but was told for the newest 1 the fx one
I would recommend the same. The new build feels very premium
is there any difference between lo-pro fx and super motor skeleton GOLD trimmers?
Do you think they will come out with an all black color for the new lo pro ?
I haven't heard anything about a black version, but that would be super cool to see
does the gold fx one have a stretch lever? Or is it just the lo pro fx one?
It seems slightly longer than the original gold fx clipper, but lopro is longer forsure
Any specs on the motor speed, or difference in thickness in the fixed blades (like is one more if a fade blade and the other a taper blade)?
Fxone N1 motor gives better flow and performance than original motor. Fxone comes with MIM blade. Shaped like a fade blade, but a more precise, sharp, cooler blade than previous materials. There's a blade video on the babyliss pro barber page if you want to see the blade one
What guide combs can I exchange with this machine, something of better quality than the ones it comes from the factory, thank you
The premium guards they have. Gotta buy as extra accessory
Hi..for you..grafite or new?🙂 Thanx
thanks for the vid!
Do you know where i can buy these um europeu websites? Thx
Did you figure it out?
Thanks
@@thomasbitsch5488 found on eBay but with a lot of taxes
Check with babylisspro_eu on ig
How about the influencer edition how do those fit in
Lets just say it sits in between those two but only has updated lever. No motor upgrade.
Just got mine , and I can
Move the top blade with my hand , while the clipper is off. Is that normal ?
Yes it is normal tht blade moves back n forth when turned on
@@mandyhemens6603 I asked if turned off
A i have other question is it more quiet than the black one
the gray one with the new N1 motor, yes.
Im trying to buy them. Are the link u provided on amazon legit? Heard buying clippers from amazon is a bad idea. Lmk pls
Amazon is not necessarily bad. For most products i buy.. they’re from the brands official store. The ones I’ve tagged on Amazon store front are connected to the official brand store. No worries there but always read where they’re coming from and read reviews and look for good star ratings👍🏽
Torn between the fx one and the fx one lopro.. upgrading from my school wahls magic clipper if you could steer me towards one or the other that would be great. I have the fx silver trimmers so the shape isn't as big of a deal to me. Big hands for a girl. 😂
Hahah if u want the FXONE system - that’s similar to what ur upgrading from, so the gray LoPro. It’s super sick. If ur not ready for FXONE - a great fader clipper is lithium Fx+ ✨👌🏼
🔥
❤️❤️❤️
sup kev!
I feel like the 2.5 hour runtime is under specced. I have done a full day of cuts (like 8 skinfades) and had the battery still on one bar and never had to reach for the backup battery that I bought in case. I’m not a fast barber either. 45-60 min skin fades
It sounds like u have a pretty good habit of turning it off in between 😆 i wish it could cut straight for 8 hours lol if i do a shoot which is typically 2-4 hours - i maybe have a panel left over and i cut slowww
@@Staygold31 yeah but you are a master so you should take however long you want : )
Just got the low pro fx one its ok when using without gaurds but im sorry the babyliss gaurds are no good and when i try to use my wahl guards it rattles waste of 200 stylecraft is making the best clippers at the moment and you can use whatever gaurds you want im disappointed
💯 agree the compatibility with guards are garbage. I have both form factors styles of the clipper and they only work well with the Babyliss guards. I have snapfx and lo pro chameleon. My lopro struggles with long hair.
@stephenlozada7158 Which cuts bulk hair easier The wahl senior cordless are the low pro fx1?
@@jacobsebastien3910 they both take down bulk good but the style Craft instinct takes bulk down like a champ
Style craft is garbage, cheap quality
I recommend the professional clips from Babyliss - they use a metal clip and use a sturdier plastic
✌🏻🤟🏻✊🏻
Thank God for European French Tech
The logo rubs off easily on the fx one 😢
U must use it a lot ?
@@Staygold31 no. Once a week at most 😭
Wonder how much money they pay u to lie on RUclips
