(also deliberately over simplifying something can be funny.) it's one aspect of how humour is used. humour is also typically silly/irrational. it's harder to use humour in writing as reading something can more easily be interpreted with different meanings ie, insult, funny. esp. in text/internet. humour is easier when see the person talking. They've done such a good job at capturing what the characters originally looked like in the original (in game, FMV, and the artwork) too. I'm so happy that they don't just look like the modern FF characters we've seen in the later years. For this to be great it is so important its true to the original and this trailer seems to be spot on. Exciting!

Saw this live... but NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!! Tifa got nerfed!!! And she has a black undertop.. and her skirt now has slits in them. Not only that... but her character model seems the least polished out of everyone. A little disappointed.. but her game-play looks good and I still feel like crying tears of nostalgic joy!!!

The most balanced party in the OG are Cloud, Cid, and Yuffie. And I've down several combinations with every character. My og group used to be Cloud, Barret, and Red XIII. You need Cid's Scimitar for triple growth.
They did on Dissidia FF NT, so there’s some hope. That aside, there’s no way they don’t know that the English VA’s are just not all that great, especially compared to, say, Noctis and his friends in FFXV. Fingers crossed.
