This game played a huge role on my life. This was my determination to find work and work hard. It was a depressing time since my dad had just lost his job and we didn't have any money for daily needs. After i landed a job, three months later i bought a PS4 and waited until the very day i got this game.

That motorcycle scene is just so awesome, and of course Sephiroth gave me the chills..
And the swords! In the old game the big buster sword just felt... like nothing, as if Cloud was holding something made of thin paper, for a cosplay.
Now you can really feel the crashing weight! This is real buster sword now.
This is too early for him to appear. In the original game, Sephiroth makes his dramatic entrance by slaughtering everyone on the top floors of Shin-Ra Building, including the president. Shin-Ra seemed like the main antagonist to this point. The player goes: wow, that's intimidating! Who might do this? That Sephiroth must be bad!
Here, if Sephiroth is already introduced to us, the Shin-Ra Building carnage becomes too predictable. Who might do this? Ah, that must be that white haired pretty boy who has BIG BAD written on his forehead in all caps!

The most epic moment of this game was that I spent months inside the big city and then the game lets you go out to the world and I was so taken back by the scale of the game since the city bit was just a small part

@308jun It's actually Cloud AND Zack's story. It's not one or the other. FFVII has two main protagonists, and they're Zack and Cloud.
Cloud wouldn't be here if it weren't for Zack!
They have an entire game about him. so I don't know why they would.

I just finished this game last night. And watched advent children. And I’m even starting Crisis core. As someone who vaguely grew up with this game (thanks to my mom always talking about hhis) I’m absolutely pumped for this.
I’m ready for Cloud performing squats to get wig. I’m ready for Clouds constant shrugs. The date at the Golden Saucer, Vincent dramatically backflipping out of his coffin, Nanaki dressing up a sailor, all these little things I’m so ready.

Honestly, with the updated graphics and actual dialogue (not just text boxes) being executed, the emotional effect will come even harder because they give off more personality.

Most probably is they made a DLC about Zack story 'episode Zack' or 'Crisis Core chapter'
I would imagine it would actually just be the point in the game where you find out what happened to Zack, making you relive that moment from Crisis Core...And I would be okay with that, that ending was amazing.

@@asmodeusml Actually during those days something like that would just be begging for heavy censorship (the removal of the segment entirely kind). Nowadays with feminists and representation being a big thing crossdressing Cloud would probably appease the feminists somehow (though i dont see the point as theres always something to offend them)
