I really like this type of content. I don’t know what it is, but day to day general bodybuilding living is something I could watch all day. Other channels just showing nothing but training bores me because generally training is training. But it’s the actual living of the lifestyle that really interests me and that’s what I think separates my love of your channel and content over the rest…you share knowledge and information in a really unique way the encapsulates every facet of the life and “sport” that we love. I absolutely love your uploads of this nature. General day to day living of the Bodybuilding life. I don’t know why, I just love seeing a bit of everything. Those RUclipsrs who just post trainjng workouts as their majority content I just don’t find watchable…your content is perfectly balanced and a blend of all facets of the life that we all love so much and live ourselves and I think therein lies the value, knowing others are doing the same and maybe picking up little hints, tips and tricks that can make our own processes more efficient and effective…so as always, thank you for the upload and wishing you guys muchos positive energies in Health, Wealth, happiness and awesome training!🙏🤜🤛
Hey Kuba, which brand do you use for the extra K2 pre bed. I currently have a tab of JP d3 and k2 morning and night but I think 6000iu may be excessive for me as I do get a lot of sunlight exposure at college however I don’t know exactly as I’m natural so I never have gotten blood work done to know
I take 6000iu of vitamin D3, I have taken it for over a decade, funny story, one of my gay male friends he’s in his 50s and noticed his tess levels low, after taking D3 his ball sack is bigger and shrinks when he stops, pretty sure it helps with Testosterone levels, I a, 49 a vegan and a body builder but natural, I put on muscles quite easy I am sure the vitamin. D has helped, just an observation I have made. I am female.
