    #MoutainDog1 This is *exactly* what I've been needing! I've been going through a real rough spot in life so I've been going to lifting and getting strong as my therapy. I've been using your videos (and a couple other channels) to really focus on getting strong! My goal is to do a Strong Man competition or Spartan Race/Tough Mudder in 2020.
    Money has been real tight for me and this is perfect for me right now!
    Thanks for the content and please keep it up!

    • @vlada
      @vlada 5 лет назад

      actually, why not milk? it's not a dairy thing since he's got cheese (cottage cheese was a common way to add dairy in things like salad but you don't hear about it much) Milk for protein shakes seems like it's always been a standard daily staple of beginners.

    Watching this as a guy living in Australia is crazy, we have Aldi as well but everything is so cheap in US, even with the difference in our dollar worth your stuff is a quarter of the price.

      was thinking the same thing. Down here in Brazil the prices are incredibly higher on everything. It's sad to see another good guy leaving us. RIP big man.

    wow super cheap. this will help out a lot of people, even remind me of stuff that I know. There's no excuses guys, if you're on a budget you can still get in all those calories. How would a cutting video look like? Just cut out half the carbs and fats, replace them with some veggies and fruit?

  • @jeffbenson7843

    Holy fucking shit. This is fucked. In Canada we pay $4-$6 per pack of wraps, $7.99/lb of chicken, $4 per 6 pack of bagels, and $3-$4 per shitty back of eggs, a pack of shredded cheese is $8, a brick of cream cheese is $5, bags of veggies are about $5 and a bag of dried beans is about the same as you pay. Maybe I need to move to the USA...

    Wow, fresh caught canned salmon? That's incredible! Only ever seen farm raised in my part of the world. If you can get fresh caught canned salmon for cheap, 100% go for it. It's such a nutrient dense fish! Good catch there John!

  • @danielhosking6989

    Im seriously blown away over how cheap food is there. Im just north of toronto ontario, and everything is double if not triple the price here. That cream cheese is 5 dollars. Chicken would be 20 dollars +. 6 bagels 2.99 +Tortillias 3 dollars +. Can of salmon 3.50. The list goes on. And thats all before the 13% tax addition. In canada this is eating very well for the average person. Someone making minimum here cant afford to eat like this, nevermind rent an apartment for themselves. Yet people on welfare live like kings. Go figure. Great video
    Edit:sorry i was only listening and not watching for the salmon. Thought it was the small can. The large ones are 5.49 on sale lol
