In this video, we dive into Pewdiepie's incredible art journey-how a man who started with no formal art training has managed to improve his skills so quickly. What has Pewdiepie done to improve so fast, and how did he manage it without using traditional methods?
As someone who’s taken a very different path as an anime artist, I can definitely sympathize with his journey.
If you're a Pewdiepie fan, an aspiring artist, or just curious about how fast improvement is possible, this video is for you! Don’t forget to like, comment, and subscribe for more art content and reflections on the creative journey.

A thing people dont realize is that pewdiepie is not actually a beginner artist ,he's a beginner at drawing ,but he has a lot of history is winning photoshop competitions and artistic history ,which can make him see things faster and improve quicker
PewDiePie made me start again to draw. I have drawn once in a while, but without consistency, i never learned really. Now I'm in a 30 day challenge drawing everyday, i hope i progress and start a 100 day challenge, this way i will get the habit hopefully.
👍🖌🖌🎨🥰
PewDiePie made me retake my drawing hobby
Same. I've drawn once in a while throughout my life, without consistency, I managed to do one or two cool things, but always through reference. Because of him I started a 30-day challenge starting on the 18th.
That first PewDiePie video made me buy a sketchbook and practice, now I've improved, not a lot but yeah
4:06 I LOVE sketchbook tour videos!!! It’s hard to find many that I enjoy after I go through a binge episode :
to be a good artist, it takes passion and hard working to master it. You will have to be "trial and error" first. You can never expect to draw something real good for the first time. but then, as time passes, your results will be better and more as you progress until you satisfy what you want to achieve just like how pewdiepie does
Hii Sayuui
Great insight on pewds video!
Love your Avatar👍
I've watched a lot of videos on people's commentary of Pewdiepie's improvemnet and this one is by FAR my favorite~
I am amazed to see his art journey was a fine looking milestone. As a Self-taught Artist and a person who did everything with no help, no recommendations, and such. I can understand both ways. Hmm, would many agree with PewDiePie was wise beyond his years? But to all artists, just take it slow and move at your own pace as you grow. If you make a mistake, learn and improve yourself.
i have an unhealthy amount of art books :)
Honestly, while his 90-day progress was impressive (that green-haired girl piece being the standout), his final piece at the end of the 365 days seems more like a realistic result. Which is not to disparage Pewdiepie and his tenacity and drive to learn, but more so to frame his year-in-art into view. Like yes, he made an impressive piece early on, but overall, his end result isn't as impressive because art is a journey with highs and lows, where your progress starts to lessen, the longer and longer you do art.
Yeah, i noticed that, overall it is "mid". Because of one or two very good drawings people are saying a bunch of bullshit. Like the other guy talking about genetics and stuff.
He had a good improvement. People are taking his highs and using this to say "nah, he's probably cheating in some way, then it's not my fault I'm bad at doing it".
Pewds needs to start coloring with a hard round brush instead of a soft brush hard edges just makes you more decisive soft brushes just end up making things blobs .
Underrated
New viewers are coming! I believe the algorithm
Honestly Art school is pretty much Useless
There are a lot of people who teach for free anyways (and a little support would help too)
So underrated omggggg. So many views but little likes and commenst? Lemme fix that a little ;^;
only twitter/x have all the majority negativity
My favorite manga is one piece I open chapter 1 and I go like maybe I can do that ngl only problem is I don’t draw guys lol😂
People being mad that pewdipie is drawing is mind boggling to me ngl
Cause art school is a waste of money
Besides the hard work, he clearly has either the talent or genetics for art.. regular people won't improve so fast to draw from imagination even if they drew every day.. I've been drawing most days a week and barely improving
@@Lord_Vanns This kind of thing doesn't exist
Art is a skill. Infact, the human brain is actually designed to actively work against art. It takes deliberate practice and training the brain in order to be able to draw.
Being able to draw well requires capturing the necessary information, while our brain actively discards this information and this is the main reason why a beginner's drawings look bad.
He didn't just draw from imagination though, did he? He clearly shows himself taking his own reference images, talks about looking up tutorials, and mentions redrawing faces he found online. That's why he improved so fast. He focused on one thing (mostly anime portraits), sought out professional advice online, studied from references, and practiced regularly. Like, sure, some people have an easier time absorbing information and learn faster than others, but the reason most people don't improve at the rate that he did is simply because they don't focus, plan, and commit.
THt hing he's doing a lot of people self learnig ain't doing is constantly trying to get out of his confort zone to learn more. A very essential thing to do!
Some people have a higher aptitude for skills than others. It defintely seems to come more naturally to him than others. It’s also important to consider that he has a background in design, so while analog drawing may be a newer thing to him, he knows how to compose. The guy has a point.
IM EARLYYY
I'll laughing really hard when that whole thing turn into a huge scam.
Pewdpie isn’t selling anything tho how it can be a scam
