I'm genuinely really irritated with how RUclips treats Primink. Not giving him his play buttons, not giving him a rep, ignoring his complaints on their own creator support system, ignoring him on Twitter even when he's being harassed through *their* own damn system?! Wtf RUclips? I have literally never heard of them doing this to anyone else.
I'm so furious about this. The twisted thing is, I have to support RUclips to support all my favorite RUclipsrs. I can't believe they won't give him the play buttons and gave a cryptic nonanswer for why!!! Primink is one of the most deserving people on this platform and regardless of whether or not RUclips agrees, he's never given them a reason to treat him like this. It has a whole creepy layer to it on top of bad customer service. This would cause me such a mental health crisis and total loss of confidence and motivation...

You should definitely get together with some others and do a combined suit against Lily and her mother for intentional infliction of emotional distress (depending on the State they're in), possible injunctive relief like a restraining order, and possibly defamation depending on what was being said about who, along with tortious interference with possible deals/sponsors that might be limited due to their abuse of report systems. If you guys combine your resources, you can likely afford a civil suit against her and her mother.

I mean, anything is possible if you get the right judge with the right tort in the right state, but it's really hard to sue a platform when you agree to its terms of service. They have a right to regulate content how they see fit and you don't usually have a right to use a private platform. I think if you had some kind of civil rights argument, like racism/sexism perpetrated by RUclips, you'd have a way stronger chance. Like if RUclips was only demonetizing women's or POC's channels, etc. But there's creative things people can do with weird business reg laws that I am not an expert in, so... You really never know. she has now put out a public statement on RUclips 10 hours ago, telling people that Primink is the head of a stalking group, is the one doxxing HER and that he is the one threatening HER. She is completely dangerous and the comments underneath the statement are just concerning. She is thanking commenters who say Primink needs to be locked up..the woman is absolutely deranged.

Yeahhh it's her mom. I barely scanned (like 2 seconds) her mom's threatening messages shown in this video and I caught "you dig." 😭 I'm 42 and I have never heard my mom say that unironically. If my mom posted fake comments on my stuff she'd be like "yasss queen 👑" "slay" 😂 The transparency of their attempts at deception makes it so much more insulting and obviously narcissistic. Narcissists are often bad liars because they are SO confident that they are smarter than everyone, they don't ever think maybe they need to put some thought into it. Plus they're both dumb as dirt.
But one of these creators needs to pick up a phone, speak to a lawyer, and that lawyer needs to produce evidence of a crime to the correct jurisdictions, and the DAs in those places need to file charges. It's a long shot since RUclips and the other corperations are happy to just let this occur.
This is getting to the point where an "internal investigation" isn't really enough. This was targeted harassment with willful ignoring by a giant platform, for a known bad actor, across multiple platforms. People saying to talk to an attorney who specializes in this kind of thing are right. This is insane, and something has to be happening behind the scenes.

Speaking as a Team Leader in Tech Support / Customer Experience (Service), the only reason they feigned that “interest” in helping you resolve the issue was to close your support ticket as soon as possible. When you reached out, a ticket was opened. Until you state it has been resolved, or until they are able to mark it resolved and close it, that ticket will remain open and hurt their metrics and KPI’s by way of that timer/age. It will break their SLA, and they will be penalized and face corrective action, not limited to a dock in pay. They didn’t really read it or really care… they just wanted you to say something so they could close the ticket. Love ya, my little PrimPrim ❤

I agree with this one. They wanted cases to be "solved" within the day even though there are still a lot of things an agent should ask. I remember being dragged in the mud by other agents for not solving an email case (retail) because I was asking a customer a lot of questions. I create my own templates and only use them if necessary. There are "lazy" agents somewhere that just want to move on to the next one but doesn't provide great customer experience. This was not the way it used to be a decade ago.
Listen, as someone that has a personality disorder (diagnosed and medicated), this is insane. This goes beyond her being a thorn in your side. She is very clearly suffering from some mental issue and you're her fixation. I know you're trying to downplay this to keep yourself level headed but I strongly suggest you get a lawyer, document all of this, and file for either a cease and desist or for criminal justice action. Was it built on good intentions, though? The way it's *sold to people* is nice, and it sometimes does what they claim (protecting the creator's claim to their work, etc.), but really copyright is designed to ensure the profits of capitalists. In so many cases, the creators don't hold the copyrights - a company does. Revenue from whatever it is largely goes to the company (to the capitalist(s) that own it). (Also, you'll notice companies often tend to get away with abusing the copyright systems on places like RUclips.) But yes, largely agreed. Not trying to "um, ackshually" or anything; just wanted to put that out there.

To give you some context, it's a young couple that were doing reaction videos, basically just watching funny videos on Reddit and commenting about it. They used to start their videos with a sexy girl doing something funny and they used this for their thumbnails. Never any nudity or anything gross... For this video that got them banned it was a girl with her friend and this friend (also female) touched her "melons" for a quick second, you know like two friends a bit tipsy having a good laugh about it? But RUclips saw this as the "four letters word starting with R". I think it's completely crazy to compare this video to the R word. This ban really make me mad...

I just need to know why Lillie Jean and her mom want a story sooo bad. If she wants to be an artist, she can take art classes and practice (also try to find her style). Adding to the "get a lawyer" discourse. When it comes to situations like this, where there is MOUNTING evidence of harassment and also mistreatment from RUclips's side, a lot of lawyers are willing to work pro bono or at least take a percentage once the case is settled. I get that working on this stuff is daunting, especially when you've tried to go through official channels and have been led astray. Law firms generally have a free consultation and it's worth getting information and/or guidance from them. It's okay to need additional help when the barriers of being a non-lawyer citizen are too high!

Platforms need to have a flagging system for false copyright claimants. Once people are identified as habitual malicious claimants, every claim could then be properly scrutinized without requiring huge resources.

I just went to Primink's original channel and YT apparently unsubbed me and none of the videos are marked as watched. Is that something that happens or is that weird? I've definitely watched every video and I've only ever had this account. WHY DOES YT HATE PRIM SO MUCH!? There are legit terrible people on RUclips and they go after small(er) creators for no reason!. It is wild.
Legit Idea: it might be a good idea to get a channel going with the other 37 youtubers who have been abused by the youtube copyright system and sue her. Call it "YOCA" - RUclipsr Open Copyright Alliance. There was a guy pretending to be the creator of bitcoin and he was suing anyone who said he was not. Then a group of like 12 companies came together and called them selves COPA (Cryptocurrency Open Patent Alliance) to sue him to prove that he was the creator of bitcoin, and the judge basically ruled that the one guy pretending to be bitcoin's creator was not bitcoin's creator, and for that he was told to post it to all of his social media and official website that he is not the creator of bitcoin. Maybe something similar could be achieved?

I mean, anything is possible if you get the right judge with the right tort in the right state, but it's really hard to sue a platform when you agree to its terms of service. They have a right to regulate content how they see fit and you don't usually have a right to use a private platform. I think if you had some kind of civil rights argument, like racism/sexism perpetrated by RUclips, you'd have a way stronger chance. Like if RUclips was only demonetizing women's or POC's channels, etc.

Speaking as a Team Leader in Tech Support / Customer Experience (Service), the only reason they feigned that “interest” in helping you resolve the issue was to close your support ticket as soon as possible.
When you reached out, a ticket was opened. Until you state it has been resolved, or until they are able to mark it resolved and close it, that ticket will remain open and hurt their metrics and KPI’s by way of that timer/age.
It will break their SLA, and they will be penalized and face corrective action, not limited to a dock in pay.
They didn’t really read it or really care… they just wanted you to say something so they could close the ticket.

I agree with this one. They wanted cases to be "solved" within the day even though there are still a lot of things an agent should ask. I remember being dragged in the mud by other agents for not solving an email case (retail) because I was asking a customer a lot of questions. I create my own templates and only use them if necessary. There are "lazy" agents somewhere that just want to move on to the next one but doesn't provide great customer experience. This was not the way it used to be a decade ago.

Was it built on good intentions, though? The way it's *sold to people* is nice, and it sometimes does what they claim (protecting the creator's claim to their work, etc.), but really copyright is designed to ensure the profits of capitalists. In so many cases, the creators don't hold the copyrights - a company does. Revenue from whatever it is largely goes to the company (to the capitalist(s) that own it).
(Also, you'll notice companies often tend to get away with abusing the copyright systems on places like RUclips.)

I just looked to be sure and the video was from a year ago, I don't know why I though the video was 4 yr's old. Anyway, still an old video! To give you some context, it's a young couple that were doing reaction videos, basically just watching funny videos on Reddit and commenting about it. They used to start their videos with a sexy girl doing something funny and they used this for their thumbnails. Never any nudity or anything gross... For this video that got them banned it was a girl with her friend and this friend (also female) touched her "melons" for a quick second, you know like two friends a bit tipsy having a good laugh about it? But RUclips saw this as the "four letters word starting with R". I think it's completely crazy to compare this video to the R word. This ban really make me mad...

I just need to know why Lillie Jean and her mom want a story sooo bad. If she wants to be an artist, she can take art classes and practice (also try to find her style). If she wants to be an actor she can take acting classes and get an agent to help her truly start her career. If she wants to do whatever else she wants to do then she can WORK for it. Celebrities (atleast one’s that don’t already have connections) don’t get famous overnight. If she wants to be famous she needs to be patient, and not do things that make people HATE her. Atp I don’t think she can achieve her goals with all of the bad things I’ve done. Honestly, she just seems like a very sad person to be doing all this. Adding to the "get a lawyer" discourse. When it comes to situations like this, where there is MOUNTING evidence of harassment and also mistreatment from RUclips's side, a lot of lawyers are willing to work pro bono or at least take a percentage once the case is settled. I get that working on this stuff is daunting, especially when you've tried to go through official channels and have been led astray. Law firms generally have a free consultation and it's worth getting information and/or guidance from them. It's okay to need additional help when the barriers of being a non-lawyer citizen are too high!
Agreed. I dont know if any of the lawyers on youtube can steer you in the right direction. I'd say maybe look for first amendment rights lawyers who fight for free speech.

I just went to Primink's original channel and YT apparently unsubbed me and none of the videos are marked as watched. Is that something that happens or is that weird? I've definitely watched every video and I've only ever had this account. WHY DOES YT HATE PRIM SO MUCH!? Legit Idea: it might be a good idea to get a channel going with the other 37 youtubers who have been abused by the youtube copyright system and sue her. Call it "YOCA" - RUclipsr Open Copyright Alliance. There was a guy pretending to be the creator of bitcoin and he was suing anyone who said he was not. Then a group of like 12 companies came together and called them selves COPA (Cryptocurrency Open Patent Alliance) to sue him to prove that he was the creator of bitcoin, and the judge basically ruled that the one guy pretending to be bitcoin's creator was not bitcoin's creator, and for that he was told to post it to all of his social media and official website that he is not the creator of bitcoin.
Maybe something similar could be achieved?
