You know Kevan Lannister wanted Randal Tarly to be the Hand of the King but instead Mace Tyrell wiggled his way in once again cheating Tarly out of something he should get. I can see Tarly turning on him for sure
(f)Aegon's friends in the Reach are all those usual suspects from the Blackfyre Rebellions like the Peakes and Fossoways and Flowers.
Imo Mace Tyrell is going to die at Storm's End. From a Doylist perspective Grrm would find it more interesting if Willas, Garlan and Ollena had control of Tyrells with enemies on all side like Cersei, Euron and Griff supporters.

The Peakes may have the history and motive of reclaiming their lost castles, but Lord Titus Peake is married to Margot Lannister, so that family tie may keep him on side. That said, it didn’t stop him from (as far as we know anyways) backing Renly’s bid for the crown.
Still, with so many houses in the Reach with better Gardener blood claims to it than the Tyrells, I wouldn’t be surprised to see a number of them opportunistically switch sides if it looks like Aegon is on a winning streak.
I always just guessed the people viserys said would rise up for the Targareans but it was his delusion.
He could easily get the knight squad who was in love with mad kings wife as he's bitter and ready.

That was (f)Viserys the Dragonstone royal decoy recruited by Targaryen loyalists of Dragonstone Castle in service to her Grace ~ 👑 Rhaella Targaryen. Mathis Rowan will most likely make peace with Aegon & Send a scout to reach Tarly & inform him.. Renlys maester is still at storms end he’s fond of Edrik storm as is the rest of the garrison so he’ll be shipped from Lys home . Aegon either is a Targaryen or he's pretending to be one. I think it's quite likely he is a Blackfyre but it's not like he can market himself to Reach houses as a Blackfyre. It seems dangerous if Varys or some other Aegon ally is running to historically Blackfyre houses and saying, "PSST, he's really a Blackfyre, don't tell the Targ supporters, k?"
Matthus Rowan for sure, I imagine some id Stannis former supporters so they arent on the attainted side, While i believe GRRM planned for Hightower-Redwyne to originally but there kinda paralzyzed since Eurons invasion, I imagine Dorne whether Doran wants to or not given the region is boiling for war, Carons to get back nighsong, and I thought Aurane would aswell but a patches prophecy kinda throws a wrench in this theory
i think the hightowers, but not the regular reasons. I think it would on account of magic. the hightowers are connected with magic nad i think they may think the young griff could be the prince was promised. martin as stated there will be another dance of dragons and the hightowers were part of that. they 've even been safegruading one of thier daughters and even making up ther rumor that she's mad just to scare off any possible suitors.
Tarly flipping is a little odd to me only because of who Randyll is. He seems more like a Stannis or Ned archetype and is unlikely to flip sides
Nah. Tarly is being set up as the "whipped dog" who finally makes his move for more power and wealth, imo.

@@hubblito I think that some of the things that were seen in the show will occur in future books, for example some of the actions of the Lannisters will be committed by Aegon and the Golden Company. That's my theory.
The tyrells in high garden are just sighing hearing anyone wanting them to do anything
Ive been looking forward to this. I agree, the tarlys im not so sure about, its a 50/50 chance for me personally whether he flips or not but overall i think u picked some goodones, but who knows maybe the peakes have learned their lesson lol. I could also see the off branch fossaways joining him aswell because the same reason as the florents aswell the osgreys because they lost alot of their land.

You say there’s lots of evidence for the peakes. Which is true, if aegon was a confirmed blackfyre, which there’s not. Just vague speculation, and references from the history (which we are given by maesters, who are notoriously untrustworthy or embellished authors)
I think their is a solid evidence for him being a blackfyre and a targ. I have a personal bias of wanting him to be a blackfyre which I acknowledge, but yes u are correct if Aegon is a targ than the peakes being one of the friends goes down quite a bit
