This is the first time I heard of someone being worried about too few episodes. I’ve heard plenty say that they think 6 might be too many and will water it down. I think 6 is just right

I hope that with season 2 onwards for Dunk and egg they increase to 8 episodes and stay around there.

6 episodes will definitely do pretty well, given the fact that the books are small in scale. And they're doing one book per season if I'm correct.

Yes, Sybelle planned for Jeyne to marry Robb. In the chapter where Tywin tells Tyrion to marry Sansa, Tyrion notes that Sansa would only be heir to Winterfell if Robb did not have children. Tywin says this will be the case (subtext, because Sybell is poisoning pregnancy attempts), and because Robb abandoned his Frey marriage, losing their support (because Sybell manipulated Jeyne into "comforting Robb" when he was vulnerable.) Tyrion notes that Tywin is not as angry as he would expect that Jeyne married Robb. The implication is that this is because Tywin ordered Sybell to destroy the Stark-Frey alliance, so he was happy with the Westerling "betrayal"

WoW has a good chance of disappointing me. Endless side stories with a focus on expanding the details of Planetos will always thrill me. He could just crank out short stories with all sorts of new characters at all different points in history and use them to plant details that only the most eagle-eyes fans will appreciate and I’d be thrilled. Better yet, file the legal paperwork to eliminate all fear of legal repercussions to other authors who wish to publish stories set within his world. Didn’t Tolkien want to establish TLotR as the foundation of a fantasy world for other authors to create within? Planetos would be a much kore interesting place to set fan-fiction.

But Kev knew his brother was unnecessarily cruel and unloving to his kids and in all likelihood had an uneasy relationship with their father through their lives, i don't know how he feels about that.. true there were net gains from Tywin's actions in raising their status, but higher status means more enemies and a bigger target and you always need to be on guard, put simply. Kevan ofcourse didn't openly protest against his brother's actions and would enjoy many new privileges from their coalition, but in his head over the intervening years when the lions are getting old, he may have some regrets and wonder if his brother is still taking the best course of action. His children meanwhile are radicalised or dead, this is because of his brothers' kids and the product of their upbringing, their lack of restraint, ingenuity, strategy or subtlety and disregard for outsiders which seem to include outer-family members. Value for their house, just not all its members. I would be pissed off. Kevan on the show multiple times shows a gentler, softer approach against opponents in wartime. seems to respect strength and to council restraint. He values lives more than his brother and is more hesitant to act, sees things less black and white. He is more like the show version of Tyrion and later Jaime. He invited Olenna to the small council, the smartest thing he ever did even though she ultimately ended up leaving and they all became a pointless plot device.
