@Nic Laidlaw, this routine might have changed my life a fair bit. Been doing it consistently for the last 2 years & it honestly impacts my whole day, body-wise & mindset-wise. Thank you very much for this!
First let me say this video series is great! I appreciate you sharing your knowledge. However, from a viewers perspective, I will agree with other comments suggesting you slow down a touch and move through both sides with the same count/timing. Or perhaps you should make either an instructional video just showing the moves or a follow along video were we workout with you. This video is both (instructional and follow along) and it feels a tad rushed as you are trying to do too much in one vid. Not trying to bag on ya just hopefully adding a bit of constructive commentary because I overall really like what you are doing! Cheers
thank you for the feedback and apologies for the very late reply. Will take it on board and hopefully since then I've ironed out my presentation a bit. All the best Nic
I missed that you give time to be in the excorsises. It feels for me that you are rushing through the excorsises. Meaby put a timer in the videos.🌱 and a Lot of the excorsises is twisting and it would be a big help if you showed the twist first and then .... do the excorsise.
This video really is amazing. Releases all the little parts of the body. Thanks!
i needed this! easy to understand and noticible benifits. thank you
