@@Jabbers --- oh... i was expecting you to say the sounds are different if firing from the fuselage or from the wing station ---- we'll see what heatblur says - maybe its accurate (anyone who knows... feel free to chime in)
I thought it was different because of the station as well. I feel the ZUNIs on the fuselage give you that almost “hollow hum” from the vibrations (maybe?) coming right up the airframe into the cockpit where as the wing stations are far enough out that they don’t have the same effect. Guess we’ll wait and see if it’s a bug or accuracy
Nice and informative video! :D I was wondering, can we use the TCS to ground designate a target for bombing? Can you cancel an initiated rocket attack?
You can designate a ground target or IP (for offset bombing) using the TCS, but as far as I can tell, you can only adjust the vertical aim with the TCS, and horizontal aiming must still be done with the aircraft. Normally, target designation is done visually with the HUD, and the TCS just happens to be slaved to the HUD datum mark or target designator in that circumstance.
I could i guess, its very specific to my ultrawide setup, why not just set it up yourself? Maybe ill make a video on how to do it, only takes like 5 minutes

@@Alvi410 The Tomcat was not at all designed to replace the F-4 in the A-G-role. That's just wrong. The A-6, A-7 and F/A-18 were intended for that. The F-14 was intended by the Navy for A-A only and was only later employed in the A-G-role when the threat of soviet air disappeared.

how so?
IF the aircraft was capable to carry them and fire them, it's realistic. Period.
