Benedikt lost 36.8 lbs (16.7 KG) and 58 cm
He followed the entire program 100%. Following the Paleo diet exactly, he trusted the process because, ‘8fit is a team of experts’. He participated in all 24 x group training, 3 x 8fit workouts per week sometimes doing 2 sessions back to back, in addition to a weekly running club. Before starting he said he was really depressed and consistently on yo-yo diets with meal replacements and starving. His confidence has skyrocketed, his running time and endurance has dramatically improved. He’s surprised at his results from eating real food. He’s excited to try the other 8fit recipes outside of the Paleo diet.
We asked him how he is feeling and what has changed in his life:
Benedikt: I’m feeling good. Very good. Life is good and I’m having a good time. I’m going out more often and spending more time with friends. I’m more active and having so much more fun. Exercising is much more easier now and I enjoy it. Now, I do sports for fun - not for weight loss.
Before, it was a little depressing. I’d go to the coffee shop but nothing really happened. Or, I’d just stay at home and not go out at all. I wasn’t happy with myself and I didn’t want to see anyone. I used to exercise alone because I wasn’t confident to work out with someone. I remembered when I first joined a running club, I struggled to keep up, I gave up and took the train back. I was trying to fit in but only did half the run and I failed.
I also felt like a loser at work and I did everything wrong. I didn’t have anything to wear except one pair of very ugly shorts and didn’t want to buy anything new because I have a closet full of great clothes. Two weeks before starting the challenge, I ripped 2 pairs of pants! That was a big sign that it was time to change my lifestyle.

Hi! Yes, the workouts can totally be done at home as you don't need any equipment! But Benedikt felt like doing some of them at the gym :) maybe he felt more motivated there!

I found this app when searching for meal planning only. I'm going to keep searching for an app, but I was tempted to pay for this one.

First of all i used mobile version of 8 fit not video during 3-6 month and i did all instructions fairly at last i got result and lose almost 15 kq to believe me or not it's up to you i can only recommend it as a user ;-)

Sara the crazy army you can work out basically whenever but if you want to workout after a meal you should wait an hour or two :)

I needed to see this. with combination with 8fit. I take a boxing fitness class once a week. and i have lost 37pounds since February. I like how I can log other workouts and they still count as points, how I can tailor food from anything to no gluten to no pork, or added sugar. and all the food I have made tastes good. I have another 70 to reach my goal. but i just wanted to say thanks cause it's a good app.

Hi! In theory, you should do 1 session per day. But if you feel like you could do more after this first session, feel free to do a second one! Generally, we advice to do 3-5 sessions per week.

How many workouts a day should I do
Hi Manu! With 8fit you can do easy daily workouts that don't take up a lot of time and make sure you're making progress! Here's some more info: 8fit.com/guide/fitness/
How many workouts are supposed to do per day? Someone plz answer
One per day, 5 times a week. If after one you are not tired, you can do a second one (workouts last 10-20 minutes).
geez 36lbs in 12 weeks?! im doing 8fit now (going on my 6th week starting tomorrow) and ive only lost a whopping 6lbs =(. im eating right and currently on the masters II lvl 5 program. they are kicking my butt. i dunno how this guy did 36lbs that fast. if i even get 12lbs lost in12 weeks id be thrilled. grats anyways benedikt! im just envious i guess =)
Hi! Thanks for sharing your doubts :) Benedikt was very motivated and really stuck to the plan during the 12 weeks. He also did some additional sports such as running. Plus, everyone reacts differently and it can take more time for some people, the important is to see an evolution and to keep the results in the long term!
