Candied Pecans: ( Pioneer Woman Recipe)
1/2 C granulated sugar
1/4C light brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 large egg white
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 lb pecan halves ( about 4 Cups)
Preheat the oven to 300
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
In a small bowl, whisk together the sugars, cinnamon and salt.
In a large bowl whisk the egg white and vanilla extract until foamy. Add the pecans and stir until well coated. Sprinkle the sugar mixture over the pecans and toss until fully coated. Spread pecans into an even layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes. Stir and spread out evenly again. Bake for another 20 minutes. Let pecans fully cool in the pan. Break into individual pieces. Store in an airtight container in the pantry for up to 2 weeks.

Sugar Plum Jelly Candy
1 can (16 oz) jellied cranberry sauce
1 C sugar
3 boxes of jello ( 3 oz each) strawberry, cranberry or raspberry
1 pouch (3 oz) liquid pectin
Line a 9x13 baking pan with parchment or wax paper. Spray with avocado oil.( or tasteless oil of choice)
In a medium saucepan, heat cranberry sauce on high whisking vigorously. Once the sauce is smooth whisk in both sugar and gelatin mix.
Bring to a full boil, scraping down the sides of the saucepan with a spatula. Reduce heat to medium-low and maintain a gentle boil for 8 minutes, stirring often.
Remove from heat and stir in pectin until the sauce is well blended. Pour mixture into the pan and spread it in an even layer. Refrigerate overnight or until the jelly is very firm.
Cut out shapes with a 1 inch snowflake cookie cutter, remove from parchment. Dip in sugar coating both sides of the candy.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
Nana's Orange Balls
1 stick of butter
1 pound of vanilla wafers
6 ounces frozen orange juice concentrate
1 lb powdered sugar
1 oz shredded coconut
1 C powdered sugar for coating
Crumble the wafers in your blender until practically powdered.
Melt butter
In a large bowl add the wafers, butter powdered sugar and orange juice.
Mix together, it will form a stiff dough.
Form into bitesize balls.
Roll in coconut or powdered sugar
Chill in the refrigerator.
Store in an airtight container for 1-2 weeks

My favorite one is the peanut butter balls of the ones you made. I use dark chocolate instead of milk chocolate. I THANK GOD 💕 for ART and BRI Dad and Mom growing closer to GOD our FATHER. At age 67, I just had my first year of holiday candy making. A couple of things you and your kids might love: Instead of or in addition to the orange balls...Oreo balls...or what I call Oreo Truffle Bites. They are made the same way and will be gone before you are even done rolling them LOL! Also, Velveeta fudge. It may sound weird...but it is insanely delicious and so quick and easy to make. One 2-pound box of Velveeta makes 4 batches...which is a LOT of fudge. Perfect for a large family. Merry, blessed Christmas to you, Art, and your adorable menagerie. Your videos make my day every time. 🥰🥰🥰

Well, it's not really Tupperware but a pretty good substitute. Festive and you can give them away without breaking the bank and make the dish part of the gift. 😊
They sell plastic canisters but not actual Tupperware Brand products. However Target does sell Actual Tupperware products.

I’m not saying this to be judgemental. I just see you struggle some days with no break. I’m older so I pain to see you carry such a load of responsibility. What about putting the children in public school so you have 5 hours a day to do your own schedule. Or what about putting the twins in daycare for a couple of mornings or days a week.
