I had my spine fused almost 2 years ago. It is fused from T10 to my sacrum. I had nearly a year of PT but I still walk bent over with back pain and I can’t stand or walk but a very short time. Is there a modified version?

There's not too much that you can do if you're fused from T10 to your sacrum. There's not really anywhere else to move. Stretching your hip flexors and thoracic spine can help to some extent.. Here's another video to learn how to do that: ruclips.net/video/NA0ntq8mOwc/видео.html
