    Thank you, Dr. Candy. I have followed your previous advice on walking for Spinal stenosis people and been helped very much by that. Watching today's video, I could not help thinking two things: (1) one thing you left out was making sure you lift your foot enough for each step, because it's easy to stumble when you get older. (2) I also noticed that the way you suggest walking in this video is the way wrestlers and weightlifters tend to walk naturally. I guess it's because stability really matters in those activities. You would never step across yourself while carrying a weight. It just would not be natural. Now that I am old (78) I may walk slow, but I try to walk like a person who was in shape at one time. it ends up looking just like what you suggest.

    Good video again. I have had OA and did what you said in number 2 and made sure the knee was facing out and the pain on the inside of my knee eases to the point where i dont notice it.
